Description
You will feel at home in our holiday home. The high-quality furnishings are kept in warm natural tones and thus radiate cosiness.
The approx. 80 sqm living space is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is the master bedroom, kitchen-living room, main bathroom with infrared cabin and the storage room. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom.
On the ground floor, the flat is barrier-free: entrance door and the sliding element without steps, sliding door to the bedroom, raised box-spring bed and a floor-deep shower ensure carefree living.
Comfortable rattan garden furniture, a beach chair, a charcoal grill and a parasol are already waiting for you on the terrace.

Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience an unforgettable mudflat hike, learn to surf, kite, ride a Segway, sail or simply relax on the flat-sloping beach.
You can let yourself be pampered by the extensive spa and wellness offers.
The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.
Right next to the Ocean Wave is the beautiful wave park with the children's playhouse, the seal breeding station, the adventure golf course, the maze and a large adventure playground with excavators, raft, climbing boats, swings and Segway station,
Of course, you can also stroll through the beautiful souvenir shops in Norddeich and then stop off at one of the lovely cafes or restaurants in the village.
Of course, the surrounding area also invites you to go for long walks or bike rides, where you can let the fresh sea air blow around your nose.
The surrounding towns and villages are also worth a visit. For example, Norden with its pedestrian zone, the Ludgeri Church and its numerous museums, or the dreamy fishing village of Greetsiel with its beautiful harbour or the beautiful castle park in Lütetsburg.

Gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln
1.)Man sollte gut zu Fuss sein,da das Zentrum ca. 45 Minuten entfernt ist.
2.)Einzelbetten im Obergeschoss können leider nicht zusammen gestellt werden!
3.) Die Sauberkeit im Haus könnte besser sein!
4.) Keine Grundausstattung im Haus vorhanden! (Seife,Toilettenpapier,etc.)
5.) An sonsten ein schönes ,Modernes, Helles Haus!!!

A very beautiful house!
We were very satisfied. A few small things that could possibly be useful as an incentive for the landlord to make the stay even more pleasant. First of all, we were bothered that the house is offered for 6 people. But as you can see in the pictures... for 6 people, 2 armchairs and a bench at the dining table... that was already tight. Of course, we could help ourselves, but a folding chair would have been very helpful. In the bedrooms, there was only little opportunity to store clothes. You practically live out of your suitcase. Not dramatic, but it would have been nicer with storage options. Other than that, everything was top!
