Welcome to Villa Berlin!
The house is located in Calonge - in the heart of the Costa Brava - and is a perfect, very individual accommodation for 4-6 people: Plenty of space in two loft-like suites for two couples, two small families or a family with 2-3 children. We are located away from the hustle and bustle, but are still very close to the nearest shops, the C31 motorway and the beaches of St. Antoni, Platja d'Aro and Palamos. Both adventure-seekers and those looking for peace and quiet will get their money's worth here. You live in the upper part of the villa and have the entire property and the pool to yourself during your stay.
Plenty of space and comfort at Villa Berlin
The modern and spacious villa is situated in a sheltered and quiet hillside location in Calonge-Cabanyes with wonderful panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. The accommodation offers over 100 square metres of living space in two large, separate suites of 50 square metres each on one level, each with its own bathroom. One suite has a fully equipped kitchen.
The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and terraces with a variety of different seating and dining areas. Everyone will find their favourite spot to relax, whether in the sun or shade. The sun terrace of the private saltwater pool also offers beautiful views of greenery and the bay of Palamos. The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes away by car and the nearest beach in St. Antoni de Calonge is 6 kilometres away.
The saltwater pool offers refreshment on hot days. The water is wonderfully soft and very gentle on the skin. On the pool terrace, in addition to the sun loungers, there is also plenty of space for tables and chairs to enjoy the view of the bay of Palamos over a glass of wine by the pool in the evening, for example. Free WLAN in the house and at the pool.
The large terrace on the ground floor - framed by palm and eucalyptus trees - is particularly suitable as a dining area.
There are several tables and plenty of chairs for the outdoor area, which can be spread out on the terraces.
Both flats have their own terrace with seating and beautiful views of the sea and mountains.
THE GROUND FLOOR WILL NOT BE INHABITED DURING YOUR STAY. YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE PROPERTY, THE TERRACES, OUTDOOR AREAS AND THE POOL EXCLUSIVELY TO YOURSELF.
Flat 1 has a king-size bed and a seating area. It has its own bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Two travel cots and two highchairs are available for the little ones.
Flat 2 has a queen-size bed and a stacked bed with two single beds, which can be arranged individually. There is also a sofa bed and a satellite TV. This flat also has its own bathroom. A large hallway connects the two flats, where you will find children's furniture, a bookshelf, an ironing board, iron, hoover and other useful items.

Location and surroundings of object
In the heart of the Costa Brava
Villa Berlin is located in the Vizcondado de Cabanyes urbanisation, a quiet part of Calonge. From here it is only a stone's throw to Sant Antoni de Calonge, the coastal district with a beautiful beach, many restaurants and shopping facilities. The medieval main town is located 2 kilometres inland and is definitely worth a visit! As there is no public transport in Cabanyes, a car is absolutely essential.
Although we are in a quiet location, we are very conveniently situated. Halfway to Sant Antoni is the slip road to the C-31 motorway, which leads conveniently up and down the coast to many excursion destinations. A shopping trip to Platja d'Aro or a few tapas at the harbour in Palamos are just a short detour away.
The border to France is approx. 1 hour's drive away. Girona airport is 35 km away, Barcelona airport 120 km.
We are located by the sea and, of course, water sports enthusiasts get their money's worth here! The Costa Brava is an Eldorado for kite and wind surfers, sailors, divers and stand-up paddlers. What is less well known is that there are some extremely beautiful hiking trails here. On the coast, the Camis de Ronda connecting paths, which have been preserved from earlier times, lead to breathtaking views and bays that remain hidden to motorists and the vast majority of tourists. The mountainous and wooded side of our surroundings can be explored on the hiking trail through a designated nature reserve that starts practically right behind our house. Mountain bikers and racing cyclists can let off steam here on challenging terrain. Golfers have a choice of more than 20 courses of various levels in the surrounding area, and the Parc Aquadiver, which is just 10 minutes away, is great fun for the kids. And after a day full of activities, you can immerse yourself in the tranquillity of Villa Berlin and relax surrounded by beautiful nature.
Most holidaymakers come to the Costa Brava in summer to spend a carefree beach holiday and of course the incomparable charm of the 'wild coast' offers the best conditions for this. However, if you feel like going on an exploratory tour in between, you are faced with an incredible wealth of excursion options. Nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, those interested in art history and architecture, city travellers and foodies - everyone gets their money's worth here. The Costa Brava, its hinterland and the whole of Catalonia are so rich in treasures to discover that it is difficult to choose.
