'Urbanización Mas Pere' in Calonge is situated in an elevated position, surrounded by nature, cork oaks, and vineyards. The villa is situated on a hill at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering plenty of privacy and complete peace of mind from speeding traffic or noisy neighbors.
The 9-person villa features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet. Air conditioning (2025) in all bedrooms and box-spring beds ensure an excellent night's sleep. Kids will love the 3- or 4-person room, furnished with a double box-spring bed and a bunk bed.
The cozy living room is the warm heart of the house, where everyone loves to gather around the sturdy wooden table. In the spring and autumn, you can snuggle up by the wood-burning stove with a book or your favorite movie on TV. For entertainment, the house is equipped with strong Wi-Fi, a smart TV, Google Chromecast, Apple TV, and a Sonos system.

| Explanation of the prices & cancellation conditions Changeover day: From early July to early September, the fixed changeover day is Saturday. In the other months, we are flexible regarding the duration and arrival day of your holiday. Do you have different wishes? Then contact us with your request, and we will gladly make you a suitable offer for your period and group size. Extra costs? Wifi, a clean swimming pool, and made-up beds are standard and included in the price. Bed and bath linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are additional costs and are itemized below by category Cancellation conditions: If the tenant, for any reason whatsoever, cannot, does not want to, or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he remains liable for 10% of the rental price. In case of cancellation from 4 weeks before the rental period, 100%. If the tenant only notifies on the start date or during the rental period that he will (no longer) make use of the rented property, he remains liable for the full rental price. |

Had a great vacation at an incredibly beautiful location. What a view from the deck! Beautiful pool that was well maintained. The house is spacious and fully equipped. Very good beds, which is always nice. The contact with the landlord was easy and personal, and everything was well organized on-site. Ideal place in beautiful Catalonia!

A few years ago, we bought this modern villa to realize our dreams abroad; the villa has been renovated and equipped with all technical conveniences. Here we find our peace and enjoy everything Spain has to offer. The beach is nearby and you can walk straight into the woods. We visit the coves or the local (fish) market and soak up culture and history in the Emporda! In terms of beach, nature, and culinary possibilities, our family finds everything we could wish for here.
