Welcome to the small fishing village of Alt Reddevitz in the Höft Residenz. The holiday apartment, which was extensively and luxuriously modernized in 2021 and 2022, is about 71 square meters. In the basement of the house, there is an infrared sauna available for a fee, as well as a gym that can be used free of charge.
The high-quality renovated bathrooms with rainforest showers or bathtubs offer all the comforts and meet all wellness needs. The new fully equipped kitchen with high-quality brand appliances will also fully satisfy cooking enthusiasts. The cozy sofa area invites you to relax. On the east balcony, you can relax and enjoy your breakfast in the sun.
You can enjoy your meals at the cozy dining table or on the terrace facing west.
In the garden, there is a grill available for everyone to use with cozy seating around it. A complimentary parking space as well as a lockable bicycle storage room are also available to you.
Relax after an active day in nature in our cozy living room with TV, or make use of the free Wi-Fi.
For our younger guests, we provide a crib and a high chair. Bed linen and towels are included.

So far, so good.
The situation is fine. What is missing here in the village is a sandy beach like, for example, Juliusruh on Rügen. It is not really suitable for people with back problems or those who have difficulty walking, as the apartment is under the roof and has two floors.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit für eine Bewertung genommen haben. Da Alt Reddevitz direkt am Bodden liegt, gibt es zwar einen Sandstrand, aber der ist schmaler und nicht so lang, wie die Ostseestrände z. Bsp. in Juliusruh. Dass Mönchgut verfügt unweit von Alt Reddevitz entfernt aber auch über einen kilometerlangen Ostseestrand.
Zur Klarstellung: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss und ist tatsächlich nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen, allerdings hat die Wohnung selbst keine 2 Etagen, das ist schlichtweg nicht richtig angegeben Ihrerseits.

We are coming back! :-)
Apartment 20 in the Höftresidenz is very cozy and quietly located.
It faces the back and the parking lot is not so close that it would be disturbing. From the balcony, one looks into a large tree and the gardens of the neighbors as well as fields. Although it is a larger apartment complex, you don't really notice the other neighbors.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard and very well maintained, the beds are comfortable. There is plenty of storage space, not only in the wardrobes. The kitchen is good and fully equipped. A big advantage is the mosquito nets! Since there are two bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub), the apartment is also well-suited for two friendly couples or parents with older children. For those who want to explore the beautiful Mönchgut by bike, the available bicycle cellar is a plus. The contact with the landlords was very pleasant.
We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!
