Welcome to the small fishing village Alt Reddevitz in Höft Residenz. The holiday apartment, which has been extensively and high-quality modernized in 2021 and 2022 (approx. 80 sqm), is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building, situated only 50 meters from the Bodden in an absolutely quiet location. In the basement of the building, there is an infrared sauna available for a fee and a fitness room, which can be used for free. The high-quality renovated bathroom with rainforest shower and, as an absolute highlight, a Physiotherm infrared sauna offers all the comforts and meets all wellness needs. The new fully equipped kitchen with high-end branded appliances will also fully satisfy cooking enthusiasts. The cozy sofa landscape invites you to relax. On the east balcony, you can relax and enjoy your breakfast in the sun. You can enjoy your meals at the cozy dining table or on the east-facing terrace.
In the garden, you will find a barbecue accessible to everyone with cozy seating around it.
A free parking space and a lockable bicycle cellar are also available to you.
Relax after an active day in nature in our cozy living room with TV or use the free Wi-Fi. For our little guests, we provide a crib and a high chair. Bed linen and towels are included.

Family vacation in Mönchgut
For our summer vacation with two children, we ended up in Alt Reddevitz. The holiday apartment is well equipped and offered enough space; the Physioterm cabin provided relaxation and recovery. Otherwise, everything needed was available (space, parking space, Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, hairdryer, TV, and a balcony to watch the stars in the evening). Alt Reddevitz itself offers relaxation away from the tourist hotspots, fine restaurants & cafés, and yet the island's attractions are easily accessible.
Finally, it is worth emphasizing the good & uncomplicated contact with the landlord, both regarding arrival/key handover and any open questions.
This will not be the last booking with the Zies family, gladly again :)

Comfortable accommodation in a quiet location – would love to return
The accommodation is very nice, quietly located, and clean. Dogs are warmly welcomed, which was a big plus for us. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly reach larger towns and have good connections. The facilities are top-notch – everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!
