Location and surroundings of object
In Cala Llombards on Mallorca, right near the beautiful Cala Llombards, is our cozy Finca Es Mirador.
You can reach the beach in 3 minutes via a staircase, while others have to line up to find a parking spot.
The proximity also allows you to swim a few laps in the early morning or in the evening when most guests are either still or already back to city life. You can also just sit in the sand and spontaneously enjoy the sunset.
This idea prompted us to acquire this little gem. The location is almost unique.
You can walk to the small supermarket in the village and buy fresh Ensaimadas. Or have a coffee in the village bar.
In 10 minutes, you are by car in Santanyi where you'll find a wide range of restaurants and shops, as well as one of the most beautiful weekly markets in the region. The natural beach Es Trenc can be reached in just 10 minutes, as can the picturesque, and therefore unfortunately too well-attended, Cala des Moro.

Beautiful ambiance in close proximity to the wonderful bay.
We had the great pleasure of spending almost three weeks in the Villa ES MIRADOR. It was an incredibly beautiful vacation; the house offered all amenities and many cozy spots to retreat, my favorite place was the courtyard with beautiful plants, atmospheric lighting, and nice seating options. The bay Cala Llombards is quickly accessible, and its view with its turquoise water is simply dreamy. The pool completed the stay. We highly recommend the villa and also thank Elli for the good support on site and Mrs. Cewe in Germany, who always took care of things promptly. Thank you once again.

Great house / beautiful stay
We were allowed to spend three and a half weeks in September 2024 in this charming house in the southeast of Mallorca. It is within walking distance to what I believe are the most beautiful bays on the island: Cala S’Almunia, Cala des Moro, and just a stone's throw from the bay Cala Llombards, about 11 km from the lovely town of Santanyi.
The house is perfect for our family of four, consisting of us parents and our adult daughters. It is well-equipped and lacks nothing. We particularly liked, in addition to the good amount of space, the cozy living room, the spacious bedrooms with the large beds and new mattresses, the lovely kitchen, especially the two bathrooms, especially when traveling with three women. It is also worth mentioning the patio, which has become the center of our stay "at home": in the morning for breakfast, after the morning swim for relaxing, at noon and in the evening for eating…
We would especially like to express our gratitude in this way for the good support before the trip from Christiane, and on-site from Elli, who fulfilled our every wish and, with the help of her family and her friend Birgit, made it all happen. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of – also due to the family-like atmosphere, and even after more than three weeks, we did not feel the desire to go home. We could also avoid each other at any time as a group of four, retreating either in the house or outside.

As owners, we purchased a beautiful property in the heart of the island in 2021 and arranged it entirely according to our wishes. When Es Mirador was offered to us, we couldn’t resist! The dream location in close proximity to our favorite beach made us decide instantly. Over time, we will make some essential changes to perfect the property. However, this requires several plans and thus permits, which unfortunately take time. However, we have decided to rent out our house until then, to allow other lovers of this special place to have a pleasant holiday. Due to its slightly aged condition, we are therefore offering the finca at a favorable price for this location until the complete renovation/redesign.
