The light-flooded living conservatory, with comfortable seating including a Realaxliege, rocking chair, soul swing, and a stereo system with internet connection and a view of nature, is perfect for relaxation after all kinds of outings.
The conservatory has external blinds for shading. The kitchen/living room is fully equipped with a kitchenette including a 4-burner stove, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, dish towels, vinegar, oil, as well as spices.
In the kitchen/living room, there is a dining area, a comfortable sofa (which can also be used as a spare bed),
the TV, as well as free Wi-Fi connection are available for you at no extra charge. The nostalgic bedroom is equipped with bedding, 2 beds one single bed, one French bed.
The bathroom features a shower, shower stool, bathtub, double sink, toilet, hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror.

About 200 meters from the vacation apartment, there is a public BOULE COURT and the BOULE set is ready for you in the apartment,

offer free forest bathing, on very well signposted bike & hiking trails, large & small dream loops & detours for exploration for all age groups.
About 5-7 minutes drive from the apartment, Trier city center invites you with its market, cultural events, and shopping facilities. After 3 km, you join a network of cycle paths from Saar, Mosel, Sauer Kull & Ruwetal with bike rental stations. Maps are available for you.
The view into the surrounding valleys of Mosel, Saar & Ruwer is enchanting.
Especially bikers, hikers, runners & walking enthusiasts will fully enjoy themselves.
You are on the trail of the Romans at the latest when you reach the city center of TRIER, 12 km away (Porta Nigra).
In the surrounding area, you can also explore very interesting sites on the road of the Romans & Celts. The surrounding area also has a lot to offer culturally, with picturesque towns & castles, Saarburg, Mettlach, Grimburg, Celtic park with a ring wall at Otzenhausen, and the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park, which our Federal President Mr. Steinmeier also greatly enjoyed.

Hier im Herbst
Wij waren 4 nachten te gast bij huize Josefin, en dat is zeer goed bevallen. Nu in de herfst konden we natuurlijk niet gebruik maken van de verschillende terrassen rond het huis en de tuin. Een tuin die er heel leuk uitziet en behoorlijk groot is. In de zomer zal dit zeker een paradijs zijn, nu ging het meer om het appartement zelf.
Dat is, vooral door een mooie serre-uitbouw, verrassend ruim. Het heeft een aantal plekjes waar het lekker zitten is, een stoel met uitzicht op de vogels in de tuin, een makkelijke bank, binnen een goede eettafel met opnieuw een bankje en makkelijke stoelen, wij voelden ons er heel snel thuis.
De keukeninrichting verdient een compliment; nog niet eerder troffen we een keuken waar werkelijk alles voorhanden is van potten en pannen tot allerlei apparatuur, we hebben niets gemist. Ook de slaapkamer en de badkamer waren perfect in orde.
Het is duidelijk dat de verhuurster hoge normen stelt, en daarom ook een borg van € 150,- vraagt. Wie gewend is een appartement netjes achter te laten zal daar geen probleem mee hebben.
De ligging is hoog, een auto is echt nodig. Die kan op de oprit geparkeerd worden.
We hadden een heel fijne ontvangst, en ook verder hadden we alles wat nodig was. Bedankt Frau Josefin Lehnert!

Highly recommended
We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Lehnert, and our time in the holiday apartment unfortunately came to an end far too quickly. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired; it is very well equipped. The beautiful winter garden with the great view of the lovely garden is particularly special. The seating furniture is so cozy that one enjoys spending time there and watching the birds at the feeding stations. We immediately booked our next stay and are already looking forward to that time. Thank you very much and great praise to Ms. Lehnert.

The hostess is very thorough in her helpfulness and friendly, yet businesslike.
The surroundings are beautiful; in all directions, there are nice areas to tour by motorcycle.
There are plenty of walking areas.
From the village, walks can be taken through wooded areas.
The garden is imaginative and has a nice view.
The house is spaciously furnished and remains reasonably cool in the heat, despite the lack of air conditioning, due to the ubiquitous shutters. There is a spacious parking lot with room for a car and trailer.
In short, ideal as a base for exploring the surroundings.

Vacation apartment
We had a beautiful apartment with a nice welcome in a great location with a view of nature. The garden was well-maintained with beautiful planting and several seating or lounging options for a relaxing evening. It is a fantastic location for hikers and nature lovers.
