Description

The holiday apartment is located in my single-family home in a very quiet residential area / cul-de-sac at the edge of the Pellingen forest.
The tastefully furnished apartment with separate entrance is on the ground floor, making it also ideal for seniors.
A highlight is the new patio cover with glass roof and LED lighting. You can expect a large living room with a corner sofa and an additional sofa bed (140 cm wide), SAT TV / Smart TV, DVD player with films, reading corner, bedroom with a double bed (2 x 2 m) and large wardrobe, a modern kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, as well as a nice shower room with exterior window. In the hallway, there is a coat rack with shoe cabinet. All rooms have shutters. From the living room, they have direct access to their garden and to the beautiful terrace, which
invites relaxation with 2 additional lounge chairs, a charcoal kettle grill is available for you in the garden shed.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you may smoke on the terrace.

Location and surroundings of object

The apartment is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest in Pellingen. By car you can reach the city centre of Trier in about 10-15 minutes
The nearest shopping centre (Aldi, Edeka, DM Markt, Sparkasse etc.) is only 6 minutes away.

Pellingen is a highlight for all walking and running enthusiasts, with great views of the Moselle, Saar and Ruwer valleys
The holiday home is located in the border triangle ( Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany) and therefore offers countless excursion possibilities.
The proximity to Trier, the oldest city in Germany, is particularly attractive.
Picturesque little towns on the Saar (Saarburg, Mettlach) and the legendary Saarschleife Cloef are not far away, as is the city of Luxembourg

Very nice large apartment near Trier

"We spent four wonderful Easter days in this great vacation apartment. It is tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, and really well equipped – nothing is missing at all. The location is ideal: you enjoy heavenly peace and are still in no time in nearby Trier. Thanks to the very warm hostess, we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment!"

Absolutely great

The holiday apartment of the nice Ms. Nink is spacious and very well equipped, with a great bed and a beautiful large garden. It is located in a very quiet street, from which you can easily walk to the forest! There, various hiking trails begin. There is a lot to see and do in the area. Trier is beautiful. In short: a great place for a nice vacation.

Wonderfully good

The holiday apartment was very well furnished, has a very good bed and a beautiful garden. The surroundings were also very nice and very quiet... one can hike directly to the forest! Mrs. Nink is a good hostess.

Another beautiful time with Ms. Nink

We have rented this beautiful and quiet vacation apartment for the second time, and it was just as great as the last time. Ms. Nink welcomed us warmly and otherwise gave us plenty of space. The apartment is well to very well furnished. Everything is clean. A covered terrace makes outdoor stays possible even in less good weather. Private parking space right at the entrance to the apartment. Barbecuing is possible, even though we didn't make use of it. You can't go wrong here. The proximity to Trier and Saarburg invites excursions. Luxembourg can also be reached quickly. We would gladly rent this apartment again.

Cozy apartment in a quiet location near Trier.

We stayed for 3 nights with three people in this fully equipped cozy apartment with a great terrace that invites you to relax. Mrs. Nink is pleasantly discreet and very helpful. She promptly sent forgotten stuffed animals.

The apartment really has everything you need, including excursion tips - we really benefited from them. Whether it's the beautiful town of Saarburg, the summer toboggan run, or a bit further away, the Devil's Gorge.

The location is excellent, with a wide view and yet quickly accessible to Trier.

In conclusion: Highly recommended for relaxing days.

Great walking holiday

The flat is in a great location, very clean and tidy with a beautiful covered terrace. A beautiful circular hiking trail with wonderful views starts directly from the front door. Visits to Trier, Saarburg, Mettlach can be started wonderfully from here

Gladly again at any time !

We were looking for a short break at short notice, which we found with Mrs Nink in Pellingen. Very nice and courteous contact. The formalities were quickly agreed and a week later we were off.
The flat is exactly as described in the advertisement. Everything a person needs is there. If you want, the holiday can be spent completely contactless. We were greeted very nicely. Those who like hiking can do so literally from the front door. Those who like to get to know other cities or make other day trips are also well served and can be in Trier in a short time. The Luxembourg border or Saarburg are also not far away. In the flat there is a lot of information material about the nearer and further surroundings. There is also a calendar of events in the area. We felt very comfortable. Fresh pastries are available at the bakery around the corner from Tuesday to Sunday. There is also enough "food" for geocachers ;-) .
If it comes up, we will be very happy to use this flat again !!!
Regarding the rating point "SERVICE": it is difficult to rate this point, as "only" the flat is provided. However, Mrs. Nink is always ready to help!

Very nice days in beautiful surroundings

Very well-kept holiday flat to feel good with excellent furnishings and a beautiful, covered terrace in a quiet location. Ideal for hiking, also from the front door. The location of the flat is convenient for many activities (hiking, sightseeing Trier, Saarburg, Luxembourg).
The ideal place to spend a few quiet days in a nice atmosphere. I can definitely recommend the flat. Thank you very much for a lovely, relaxing time with you.
