Welcome to the Villa Windrose holiday flat in the beautiful Baltic seaside resort of Rerik. This charming and individual accommodation offers space for up to 5 guests in 85 square metres of living space, divided into 2 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining room area and 1 bathroom. The special feature of the flat is the large terrace and the use of the beautiful, fenced and well-tended garden. The flat is therefore also ideal for families with (small) children and dogs.
Villa Windrose impresses with its high-quality furnishings and lovely decor. The cosy living area invites you to linger and is equipped with a TV. The open-plan kitchen is modern and equipped with all amenities such as a dishwasher, cooker with 4 hotplates, microwave and coffee machine. The dining area with a large table and comfortable chairs provides the perfect setting for shared meals and cosy evenings.
The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Bed linen is of course provided. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. A double sofa bed is available in the living area for the 5th person!
The holiday flat is surrounded by a beautiful garden that invites you to relax and enjoy. The surrounding countryside and the proximity to the Baltic Sea (150 metres) make Villa Windrose the ideal starting point for excursions and activities.

Ostseebad Rerik: A charming seaside resort on the Baltic Sea coast in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, located between Wismar and Rostock, with the special feature that Rerik is located directly on the Baltic Sea on one side and on the Salzhaff on the other, so that the maritime ambience is even more pronounced here. The Liebesschlucht gorge with its fine sandy beach (textile and nudist bathing areas) is located directly on the Liebesschlucht gorge and just a 2-minute walk from Villa Windrose. The town centre is about a 10-15 minute walk away. The location is very quiet. An Edeka supermarket, a bank and various restaurants are a 10-minute walk away.

Here is the translation to English: In the event of cancellations by the traveler, costs will be incurred in the amount of the (down) payments already made at the time of cancellation, but no more than 90% of the agreed accommodation price excluding the final cleaning fee. The deposit amounts to a maximum of 10%-15% of the travel price depending on the period; the remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. Therefore, up to 14 days before arrival, the maximum cancellation costs are 15% of the travel price. The costs for the final cleaning are completely waived in the event of a cancellation.

Nice long weekend spent
We spent a long weekend in the holiday apartment with our 12-year-old grandchild. The apartment is large and well-equipped, for example, bed linen is also provided. The location is quiet. The apartment is very clean, but the garden furniture was not cleaned (which wasn't so bad). Contrary to the description, there is no ceramic cooktop (instead, there is a conventional 4-burner stove), a microwave, or a fireplace (which was unnecessary for us). We also did not see the pull-out couch; there is a kind of chaise lounge in the basement next to the double bed. There are many books, but no games in the apartment. Unfortunately, the heating was on the lowest setting, so it was quite chilly in the evenings. Rerik is rather small and tranquil. There is NO PUBLIC WIFI in the apartment and in the entire area! There is really a need for improvement in that regard. Without your own "hotspot," you cannot download a daily newspaper or an audiobook. There was a small crafts market taking place over the weekend. Unfortunately, there were no offerings for children. You can find those more in Kühlungsborn (e.g., adventure mini-golf, indoor playground). Near the vacation rental, there is a playground for toddlers. In Rerik, there is an Edeka market and a Netto market. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and depending on physical condition, about 15-20 minutes to the town/harbor.
All in all, the vacation rental is recommended for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet.

Very nice and well located
Ideal for a holiday with a dog, directly at the dog beach. Very clean house. Nice service on-site.
Only downside: No Wi-Fi.
