Welcome to the newly renovated 4-star holiday apartment by the Bodden beach, in Sundhagen, district Tremt. This modern and spacious maisonette holiday apartment offers space for up to 4 guests on 94 square meters of living area, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on 2 levels on the ground floor and upper floor (stairs). The holiday apartment has been certified with 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV).
In April, brand new Nobilia kitchen from 26! The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, and coffee machine. Here you can prepare and enjoy your meals while admiring the beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The natural beach at Greifswalder Bodden is only 400 m away and within walking distance.
The living room is equipped with a television and offers a cozy place to relax after a day full of exploration.

Are you looking for peace, relaxation, fresh Baltic Sea air, and open nature? Just 400m from a very flat, sandy natural beach (ideal for children and dogs) with a view towards Rügen, our holiday apartment is located in Hof Gronow, perfectly situated between Stralsund and Greifswald. At the transition between Strelasund and Greifswalder Bodden, there is a coastal hiking trail in the nature reserve with a marvelous view across the Bodden towards Rügen. Here, throughout the year, you can observe the many breeding water birds, such as gulls, swans, coots, terns, and especially the popular migratory birds like the graylag goose and the famous Grus Grus (cranes). In bad weather, from here you can reach all the infrastructure and amenities in the cities much better and quicker than from Rügen! A free slipway for sport and fishing boats is available at Tremter Beach, it is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts (kite surfers and surfers, stand-up paddlers) and fishermen (garfish, pikeperch, herring, and more), hikers, dog owners, those seeking tranquility, and cyclists. Stahlbrode can be reached via the Boddenweg (to the north) in about 4 KM, where you will find the Rügen ferry, restaurants, a fish shop at the harbor on the mole, and a boat rental in the small marina. Gristow can be reached via the Boddenweg (south through the forest) in about 4.5 km; there you will find the small village store with a postal station and a good fish restaurant in the small harbor (about 4.8 km). By car ferry from Stahlbrode (car approx. 6.5 km), you can reach Rügen with its fine sandy, wide beaches in the large seaside resorts or insider tips like Palmer Ort (opposite Tremter beach on Rügen). It takes about 35 min to reach the seaside resort Lubmin. By car, you can reach the full infrastructure in the oldest city in Pomerania, the Hanseatic city of Stralsund (approx. 20 min): medieval city center, Ozeaneum, Maritime Museum, Zoo, Theater, doctors, shopping centers. Or in about 15 minutes the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald with its famous medieval market square and the city harbor on the Ryck, the beach bath and monastery ruin in Eldena, the theater, the zoo, and with full infrastructure. To the seaside resorts with fine sandy beaches on Usedom or the Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula, it takes about 1 hour.
Other destinations: Marlow Bird Park (approx. 65 KM), Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek (55KM), Hiddensee Island (by ferry from Schaproed for example), Karl’s Adventure Villages (for example, in Zirkow, approx. 55KM).
Nearest shopping options in Gristow (approx. 6KM, village shop), Reinberg (approx. 3 KM, doctor, bank), Neuenkirchen (approx. 10 KM). 12 KM: Supermarkets, hardware store, drugstore, hairdresser, ATM, post office, etc). or Brandshagen (approx. 10 KM, supermarket).
Nearest train station in Miltzow (approx. 7 KM) or Jeeser (approx. 6 KM), ICE connection in Stralsund or Greifswald.

Really great accommodation
Great accommodation in a quiet location. There is nothing lacking in amenities. The landlord is very nice and provides immediate assistance with any problems. Great for dogs. Tremt is a bit remote, but we knew that, 400m to the sea. Our dog enjoyed it immensely. Just a successful and beautiful family vacation on the Baltic Sea. We can only recommend the holiday apartment. The stairs upstairs are a bit steep, but it was no problem for our dog.

Absolutely recommended
The holiday apartment is well equipped. The quiet location by the Bodden is great (pure nature). Rügen, Usedom, Stralsund are suitable for day trips. Still well located, as everything you need is in immediate distance. I can only recommend it further.

Short vacation
We booked a short vacation here and were pleasantly surprised by this holiday accommodation. The landlords are very friendly, accommodating, and always approachable. From here, you can reach Greifswald and Stralsund as well as the island of Rügen by car and ferry. Hiking/cycling is also an option. So it's a complete package and invites you to come back. Thank you.

Much peace and friendly landlords, a carefree package all around.

Pure relaxation
A beautiful accommodation that is perfectly located.
The landlords are very friendly.
We have never experienced such a clean and well-equipped holiday home. Everything is available in the kitchen, for example, enough hand soap and dishcloths.
The holiday home is perfectly situated between Greifswald and Stralsund, making it ideal for various day trips.
The beach is very natural and small. Here, kitesurfers can be wonderfully observed. Very relaxed hosts who are available to assist with any concerns upon request.
