Finally, family time - enjoy rural idyll with many extras - near the beach!

The 2-room vacation apartment "Willis Wiese" is located in the attic of a historic brick house.

This exceptionally pretty vacation apartment has a living-bedroom with satellite TV, radio with CD player, dining area, double bed (1.60x2m) and a cozy sloped ceiling. The windows have interior blinds for complete blackout. The children's bedroom (also with sloping ceilings) has two separate beds (one 0.70×1.60m, one 0.80×1.65m) and blackout pleated blinds on the windows. A well-equipped children's kitchen delights the little guests. A crib and high chair are included if needed.

The separate kitchen features an oven, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Willis' bathroom has a real glass shower, sink, toilet, towel dryer, and hair dryer.

A washing machine and dryer are available on the premises. An iron and ironing board are available in the apartment.
It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The apartment includes a furnished terrace in the garden. Barbecuing is allowed. A grill is available.
A parking space and a storage room for bicycles are available. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children

The holiday apartment is located on a very well-maintained vacation farm with attentive and caring landlords. Anyone who wishes can pet and feed animals, jump on the large trampoline, sunbathe in the garden, use the ping-pong table, or snack on cherries, apples, pears, plums, or nuts...

The prices are per night including final cleaning, water, electricity, and heating for occupancy with up to 2 adults and 2 children. Bed linen can be ordered for 25 € per person. Please bring your own towels. Arrival/departure on Saturdays. Other days of arrival/departure may be possible by arrangement. No rental during winter.

Cancellation terms:

Our Cancellation Policy: The renter may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time before the start of the trip. The decisive factor is the receipt of the cancellation notice by the agent. Depending on the time of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply: – up to 91 days before the start of the rental = €50 – 90 – 61 days before the start of the rental = 25% of the rental price plus a €50 processing fee – 60 – 35 days before the start of the rental = 50% of the rental price plus a €50 processing fee – 34 – 2 days before the start of the rental = 80% of the rental price plus a €50 processing fee – 1 day before the start of the rental or in case of no-show = 95% of the rental price plus a €50 processing fee The corresponding daily rates calculated must be paid for all days of the originally booked period that cannot be re-rented. If a substitute renter is provided by the guest or the agent under the same rental conditions for the agreed period, only a rebooking fee of €50 will be charged. Please note that in the event of a cancellation, the booking fee is earned and will be retained.
