This modern holiday flat with a balcony facing south and a small sea view was built for you in the "Dünenresort" in Binz in 2014:
The living room with fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and exit to the balcony, has a 40 inch branded LED TV set, a 3D Blue-Ray Home Cinema system and WLAN (free of charge). The leather couch can be adjusted in width and depth to accommodate a child
for a child by adjusting the width and depth. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a coffee machine and dishwasher, and for connoisseurs there is also a Krups Nespresso system. The bedroom offers - between the houses in the first row - a small view of the sea. The comfortable leather bed has mattresses and bedding suitable for allergy sufferers. The bathroom offers you a hairdryer, shower, vanity mirror and washing machine

The flat is on the 2nd floor. A lift is available in the house.

The holiday flat "Inseltraum" was completed in 2014 in the "Dünenresort" and is located only 150 m from the beach and the beach promenade. The pier and town centre are 800 m away. Restaurants, shopping facilities and a bakery are nearby.

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. In Abhängigkeit vom Zeitpunkt des Rücktritts fallen folgende Rücktrittsgebühren an: - bis 91 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 50 € - 90 – 61 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 25 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 60 – 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 50 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 34 – 2 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 80 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 1 Tag vor Mietbeginn oder bei Nichtinanspruchnahme = 95 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr Die entsprechend errechneten Tagessätze sind für alle Tage des ursprünglich gebuchten Zeitraumes zu zahlen, die nicht anderweitig vergeben werden können. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Sonne und Meer
Wir hatten einen schönen sonnigen Uriaub. Glück gehabt.
Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gefallen. Gut war auch die große Tiefgarage.

Familieurlaub
Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub als kleine Familie in Binz verbracht. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, es war nicht weit zum Strand und das ganze Drumherum hat einfach gepaßt!

... mit allem Komfort, den man erwarten darf.
Der kleine Meerblick aus dem Schlafzimmer am Morgen war schön.
Für uns wichtig war die Tiefgarage (sogar kostenfrei!) und der Fahrradabstellraum --> beides war wie beschrieben vorhanden. Also ein rundum perfekter Urlaub.

Jahreswechsel an der See
Wir verlebten einen wunderbaren Jahresausklang und einen guten Start in das Neue Jahr in dieser wirklich sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Auch das Flair des Seebades Binz hat uns gut gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall auch noch einmal im Sommer wiederkommen.

für Langzeit geignet
Wir waren mit unserem Kind (1 Jahr) in der Wohnung für 14 Tage und es war super. Die Waschmaschine war für unsere Entscheidungsfindung ausschlaggebend gerade mit Kleinkind und eine große Erleichterung sowie der Fahrstuhl im Haus. Die Seeluft haben wir auf dem Balkon sehr genossen. Das Haus und die Wohnung wirken sehr frisch (Neubau). In der Küche haben wir alles vorgefunden, was man benötigt: Geschirrspüler, Backofen usw. Der Eigentümer hat an alles gedacht. Wir empfehlen gerne weiter!
