This charming 2-room attic apartment in a historic brick building offers cozy comfort for a magical stay.
The combined living and bedroom area, with its cozy sloped ceilings, includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. In the living area, a flat-screen TV, DVD player (Blu-Ray), CD radio with USB port, and a small hand library are available for you. The parents' bed "disappears" behind a free-standing wall. A comfortable couch, armchair, and a dining table for 4 people complete the room. The little guests have their own domain in a separate children's room - with a fully equipped children's kitchen, a wardrobe, a bunk bed (sleeping areas 80x180cm), and external blinds for darkening. Baby chairs or high chairs are gladly provided if needed. There is fall protection for the lower bed of the bunk bed.
The small bathroom has a shower, a sink, a toilet, a towel dryer, and a hairdryer. In the spacious garden, various furnished seating areas with a grill are available for your use—enjoy pure nature!
It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment. Washing machine and dryer are centrally available. Iron and ironing board are provided free of charge.
A parking space and a storage room for bicycles are available.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children. The holiday apartment is located on a very well-maintained holiday farm with attentive and caring landlords. Those who like can pet and feed animals, jump on the large trampoline, sunbathe in the garden, use the ping-pong table, or snack on cherries, apples, pears, plums, or nuts…

Please bring your own towels. Arrival/departure on Saturdays. Other days of arrival/departure may be possible upon agreement. No rentals in winter. |
Cancellation terms:
Our Cancellation Policy: The renter may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time before the start of the trip. The decisive factor is the receipt of the cancellation notice by the agent. Depending on the time of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply: – up to 91 days before the start of the rental = €50 – 90 – 61 days before the start of the rental = 25% of the rental price plus a €50 processing fee – 60 – 35 days before the start of the rental = 50% of the rental price plus a €50 processing fee – 34 – 2 days before the start of the rental = 80% of the rental price plus a €50 processing fee – 1 day before the start of the rental or in case of no-show = 95% of the rental price plus a €50 processing fee The corresponding daily rates calculated must be paid for all days of the originally booked period that cannot be re-rented. If a substitute renter is provided by the guest or the agent under the same rental conditions for the agreed period, only a rebooking fee of €50 will be charged. Please note that in the event of a cancellation, the booking fee is earned and will be retained.
