The cozy, lovingly restored house is located on the outskirts of Piani, a suburb of Imperia - Porto Maurizio. The beaches in the Borgo Prino district are only 1.5 km away. A safe bike path leads to the sea.
The holiday apartment is located in the lower part of the villa, surrounded by a garden and olive trees. The bright and well-maintained apartment consists of a spacious kitchen-living room, a large bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The beautiful country house kitchen features a gas stove, a fridge with freezer compartment, and a cozy dining table. In the living area, there is a sofa bed. One bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, and there are enough cabinets and dressers for your belongings. Private parking and Wi-Fi are available. The house has a large garden with many cozy corners. Next to the covered pavilion, there is a charcoal grill. In the cold season, the house is heated with a gas central heating system, which is billed according to usage.
If you are traveling with friends or family, you can book both apartments (Magnolia sopra and Magnolia sotto) together and comfortably enjoy the vacation with 6 people without having to sacrifice privacy.

Location and surroundings of object
Piani is a small intact village approximately 1.5 km from Imperia and the Mediterranean Sea. In the center of the village, near the church, there is a good trattoria "Amelia". A bit further towards the sea, you will also find the pizzeria - simple, honest food, good value for money, popular with locals. Next to it, there is a pharmacy and a supermarket. Driving further towards the sea, you will find a gas station and a bakery. The nearby beaches of Porto Maurizio in the Borgo Prino district are sandy and mostly public. There is also a "dog beach". Nearby, there is a large free parking lot and many interesting bars and restaurants.
From 'Casa SoleLuna', you can comfortably drive along the sea towards Monaco and Nice to explore the coast or take exciting trips into the mountain villages of the hinterland. For example, in Dolcedo located inland (about 7 km away), you will find ancient oil mills that can still be visited today. In Piani, a new bike path runs along the river, leading to the seaside Pista Ciclabile, a beautiful car-free bike track. From here, you can comfortably and safely cycle to Sanremo. Bicycles can also be rented along the way.
