The house is located in the quiet 5-star park "ZEELAND VILLAGE," which has a small indoor swimming pool, several playgrounds, and a hard tennis court.
All holiday homes are detached and surrounded by large gardens. Families with children will find this place particularly suitable.
The park is close to a beautiful marina on the Grevelingenmeer (the largest and cleanest saltwater lake in Europe). Here you can dive, surf, or sail. The wide North Sea beach with its charming beach cafes invites you to swim and take extensive beach walks. The area around the Brouwersdam is also a very popular spot for kitesurfers and surfers.
By bicycle, through very well-developed bike paths, you can reach the North Sea (2.5 km away), the Grevelingenmeer (500 m away), or the Oosterschelde, as well as many picturesque small towns nearby. (Renesse, Zierikzee, Brouwershaven, Ouddorp)

Beautiful stay. Absolutely recommended!
We had a fantastic time in this lovingly furnished holiday home! The accommodation was very clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We especially liked the quiet location – perfect for unwinding – the beautiful garden, and that you can easily reach the beach and shopping options by bike.
We will definitely come back – a clear recommendation for anyone who values peace and comfort.
