Description
We rent out our detached vacation home (392 m2 plot) in the '5 star holiday/villa park Zeeland Village' in Scharendijke. Scharendijke is only a stone's throw away from the seaside resorts Renesse and Burgh Haamstede
The vacation home is intended for 6 people, has a living area of 90m2 and is located in close proximity to Lake Grevelingen and the North Sea and the wide North Sea beaches. The vacation home has a beautiful garden with plenty of lawn and large terrace including complete garden equipment
In the living room there is a dining area for 6 people, a comfortable and cozy sitting area with sofa, digital TV (82cm) with digital receiver for all Dutch and German channels ind radio. The first floor is tiled
The kitchen is complete: ceramic hob (4 plates), dishwasher, refrigerator, hood, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and the usual kitchen utensils (as well as enough dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.)
In addition, in the adjoining kitchen there are: a large refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, a storage shelf, an ironing board and iron, a convection oven, a microwave oven and a high chair
On the first floor there is a beautiful bathroom with a luxurious shower (with shower door) and a bathtub. There is also a separate toilet with ventilation

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with new hotel boxsping beds:
- One bedroom with a two-person bed
- One bedroom with two single beds
- Two bedrooms with one single bed each
- Closet in each room
- Crib
- Comforters and pillows

The upper floor is equipped with new, hygienic and good to the linoleum
Outdoor space
The driveway in front of the house to park a car. On the other side of the street there is a possibility to park more cars. There is a large storage room (4 meters). The whole property is 470 m2 with 2 big terraces and a nice big lawn. The terraces have sun all day and you can relax there wonderfully
At 300 meters from 'Zeeland Village' there is a large supermarket (Plusmarkt Scharendijke) with an assortment of products and daily fresh rolls. There is also a tennis court, volleyball court, a small covered swimming pool (free for park guests). Bicycle rental etc. near the park

Location and surroundings of object
Opposite the resort is a marina and the city center. It is wonderfully quiet there. However, if you want more liveliness, you are not far from the nearby and well-known seaside resort of Renesse
Lake Grevelingen is the largest and cleanest saltwater lake in Europe. The lake is a well-known windsurfing area and also offers wonderful opportunities for all other water sports such as sailing, fishing, canoeing, diving and rowing. In addition, boat tours are very popular
In the immediate vicinity there are very well developed bike paths. From the vacation home you can walk along the beach path to Renesse and nearby Port Greve (on Lake Grevelingen), the picturesque village of Brouwershaven and the beach of Brouwersdam or the village of Burgh Haamstede
Brouwershaven is nearby and has an inland port, a fishmonger, some bistros and stores that can be easily reached by bike
There are many restaurants in the area. After a nice beach or dune walk in Renesse (family Laone beach) you can come to rest in the restaurant 'Zeerust'. There it is very cozy and also in spring and autumn you can enjoy the sun on the restaurant's own terrace
The beautiful Zierikzee with inland harbor, stores and restaurants or also the municipality of Veere on Walcheren are certainly worth a visit
The fantastic pristine sandy beaches are kilometers long and perfect for hours of beach walks.
Nearby you can also go horseback riding
At the Brouwersdam you can go cycling and inline skating very nicely and at the same time you have a great view of the Grevelingen lake on one side and the North Sea on the other
Near Burgh Haamstede there is a forest (Boswachterij Westerschouwen). In this area you can also make beautiful walks or visit the exhibition about the storm surge weirs in the Oosterschelde on the island "Neeltje Jans" (very worth seeing). There is also an information center about the Delta Works in the Netherlands. In addition, in Burgh Haamstede there is a well-known glider airport.

- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Surroundings
Scharendijke is located on the Zeeland island of Schouwen-Duiveland and borders the North Sea and Grevelingen Lake. Scharedijke is a small seaside resort with a few restaurants, a café, supermarket, newsagent, household goods and bike rental.
Zeeland Schouwen-Duiveland is the northernmost part of the province of Zeeland. To the north is the Brouwersdam and Grevelingen Lake, to the south the Oosterschelde storm surge barrier. Here you will find Zeeland's widest beaches and thus the best conditions for kite flying, kite surfing or a beach buggy ride. But you can also just enjoy the sun
This area has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands.

From the direction of Venlo:
Venlo - Eindhoven - Tilburg A58 - A58 Breda - Rotterdam A58, direction Rotterdam A16, exit Zierikzee (follow the signs to Zierikzee). In Zierikzee, at the first roundabout, follow signs for Renesse, then follow signs for Scharendijke and from there follow signs for Brouwershaven and Osse, turn right into Zeeland Village
From the direction of Rotterdam:
Coming from Rotterdam via Europoort, follow the N57 towards Middelburg and Hellevoetsluis. Then take the Scharendijke exit and follow the signs to Scharendijke. Then follow direction Brouwershaven and Osse, turn right into Zeeland Village
The price is between 225 and 1,350 euros per week (depending on the season and rental period).
The costs are € 65.00 (+ € 10 extra if you bring a pet) and must be paid before departure
Tourist tax of € 1.95 per person per day
In high season the cottage is only rented per week (Saturday/Saturday)
Saturday is arrival and departure (outside the high season, another day can be arranged in consultation).

Heerlijke locatie
Mooie gevarieerde wandelroutes, leuke eetgelegenheden in de ongeving. Vlakbij Renesse waar het leuk toeven is.
Badkamer recent gerenoveerd. Met een lekker bad en een hele ruime douche. Wat toch wel fijn is.

vakantie huis noordzeelaan 17
Erg tevreden en genoten van ons verblijf in het ruime vakantiehuis! Ligging is super, dicht bij het strand en een supermarkt :) Het huisje was voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden.

Heerlijke rustige, ruime woning met veel zon in tuin!
De woning is gelegen op een mooi rustig park dicht bij het strand! De ruime tuin is geweldig voor de kinderen en biedt een hele dag zon! De woning is erg ruim, netjes en schoon! Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!
