Welcome to the holiday apartment Margarita – built and newly equipped in 2024. The charming and quietly located vacation residence in Baden near Vienna, close to the center, is highly appreciated by guests for its proverbial feel-good atmosphere. The 43 m2 apartment comfortably accommodates 2 guests and features 1 living-bedroom and 1 large bathroom.
You can reach the apartment on the 1st floor by elevator. With your private parking space in the courtyard, you are independent from the parking shortage and the strict local parking regulations.
The studio apartment is flooded with daylight from the east through a glass door and window front. All windows and the glass door are equipped with electric shutters, so you can create your own comfortable indoor climate. For especially hot summer days, an air conditioner is available.
Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony, which offers space for 4 people. Bed linen, table linen, and hand and bath towels can be found in the 8 m² bathroom with 2 sinks, 1 shower (90x120 cm), and a toilet.
The living room is equipped with a television that receives satellite TV. A desk with LAN, Wi-Fi, writing utensils, 1 chest of drawers, and 2 display cabinets are provided for a comfortable stay. The apartment has underfloor heating, which ensures cozy warmth during the cold season.

After a 5-minute walk you reach the "Traffic Center for Baden Surroundings and Vienna", the JOSEFSPLATZ with taxi stands and stops for the local railway and bus.
From Josefsplatz, a shopping street with daily market, restaurants, and many offerings leads to the spa park and into the pedestrian zone.

Well-equipped holiday apartment with optimal location and parking space in the courtyard. The landlords are always reachable by phone, very accommodating, and strive to fulfill every additional request of the tenants. We felt very comfortable.

A lovely weekend at Margarita
The stay was very pleasant. We were able to visit Baden on foot. The apartment is very quiet and it was clean. It is beautifully furnished. We felt very comfortable. We have never had such a spacious bathroom on our travels. Goodbye in Baden and at Margarita.

We are a family and private providers of our small holiday apartment "Margarita" in a quiet location in Baden. The apartment was newly built in 2022 and is close to the town center. The bus stops right outside the front door; taxi and local train to Vienna can be reached on foot in 5 minutes; the Spar market is right across the street. The apartment has a dedicated parking space in the courtyard, an elevator, and a balcony with a table and seating for 4 people. It is furnished with solid wood furniture, wood and tile floors, and a new and very generously equipped kitchen. Electric shutters can shade the entire glass front on request in summer and in winter, underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth. The bathroom with 8m2 contains 2 sinks, a large shower, and 1 toilet. We call our vacation apartment "Margarita" a comfort oasis and would be very happy if our guests could feel the same way. Welcome to our holiday apartment "Margarita".
