This studio apartment is furnished with personal and loving flair. A self-regulating electric heating system ensures a good climate in all seasons. No parking worries, as we can offer a garage or parking space depending on the occupancy. Location and surroundings of object
This logie is situated in a quiet but central location. A bus in front of the door provides the connection to the city visit. From the apartments a bus connection goes in 8 minutes to the U1/Oberlaa, which then goes in 3-5 min. cycle to the city. Also so close is the Therme Wien, which is known as a spa (sulphur) for various treatments, or invites you to swim and relax. Equally worthwhile is a walk in this spa park and a detour to the famous spa confectionery
On foot along the Liesingbach you can reach the oldest church in Vienna with Roman excavations, or visit one of the many nice Heurigen in Oberlaa. Not far away are inviting golf courses with 9 or 36 holes
are within easy reach, as is an equestrian centre in a historic estate. Vienna Woods lovers can hike in 20 minutes by car and follow the footsteps of Franz Schubert in the "Höldrichsmühle".

Expectations exceeded?

Flat with beautiful atmosphere
we had a great time in the flat. It is very clean, cosy and stylish. You can see at first glance that everything has been prepared lovingly and with taste. The hostess is a very friendly, warm and helpful person. We felt very comfortable here

Tranquillita' e natura
Ottima struttura in posizione molto buona ideale per escursioni in centro città a Vienna. Di fronte alla casa c'è la fermata del bus che porta in poco tempo alla fermata dei tram e da questi alla metro...tutto molto comodo e con collegamenti frequentissimi. Noi non abbiamo mai utilizzato l'auto ed è stato comodissimo. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e gentili a risolvere alcuni problemi che abbiamo avuto. La struttura è ben fornita di accessori per cucinare e molto pulita.
Consiglio senza alcun dubbio questa casa per chi vuole visitare Vienna, ma anche le zone limitrofe...noi abbiamo fatto escursioni sulla zona del Wacau e visitato il monastero di Melk.

cosy flat on the outskirts of Vienna
We found the flat very pleasant:
- The furnishings are cosy, clean and very well maintained.
- Everything we needed was there
- It is easy to get from there to the city centre by public transport (the connection is even being improved), but at the same time you have peace and quiet in the evening to really relax on holiday
- The welcome was very warm, we felt well looked after at the time.
If we come to Vienna again, the flat will definitely be on our shortlist!
