This logie is cosy with rural flair. Living room with dining area and kitchenette, sleeping accommodation by own bedroom for 2 persons, for one person in the living area a good lying folding sofa (or 2 children). Toddler bed addition possible. Walk-in wardrobe, small bathroom with shower, toilet extra, outdoor seating, WLAN+TV available, no parking problem, car space in the carport. Underfloor heating by heat pump, washing machine, bed and towels included. Cooker with 2 induction hobs, ice box, microwave, filter and pad coffee machine, as well as all crockery needs, egg boiler, toaster, as well as small kitchen needs such as spices, flour, rice, coffee, cocoa etc. available.

Location and surroundings of object

This apartment is in a quiet but central location. A bus in front of the door provides the connection to the city visit. The bus connection goes in 8min. to the U1/Oberlaa, which is then in about 15min. in the center. Also so close is the Therme Wien, which is known as a spa (sulphur base) for various treatments, but also invites you to swim and relax. Equally worthwhile is a walk in this spa park with a detour to the famous spa confectionery
On foot along the Liesingbach you can find many nice wine taverns, as well as village inns, also the bicycle path is worthwhile here. Not far away are golf courses with 9 or 36 holes and horse riding facilities for sports enthusiasts
To come to rest is really possible here.

Beautiful holiday apartment, great time in Vienna

We had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment. The tranquility we could enjoy there was perfect for exploring Vienna. The landlady sweetened our stay with her warmth and great tips. Nothing was lacking – from cleanliness to the cozy atmosphere. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment, and with bus and train, you can reach the city center in about 30 minutes. The accommodation is well-equipped with everything and very nicely furnished. In front of the house is a small outdoor seating area, there is even a possibility for grilling. We slept great and were able to relax. We could park the car in the yard in a carport. A huge thank you to this wonderful host!

Complete Well-Being Package

The holiday apartment has everything one needs to feel comfortable. We were warmly welcomed. Our car was safely parked in the private parking lot, as the bus stop was right in front of the house and we could easily get everywhere by bus and subway. We will definitely want to book this apartment again on our next visit to Vienna.

Relaxing

This mini house in the back yard area was ideal for relaxation, free from any city noise or other disturbing soundscapes. Within 35 minutes, you can reach the central happenings of Vienna by bus and subway.
The furnishings are good, and the separate dressing room is an additional bonus. With the underfloor heating, there was a pleasant room climate in the evening. And I could enjoy the morning sunshine with my coffee outside, safely on the bench. A recommendation for train travelers: In the main train station, there is a supermarket in the basement with everything you need for the first 1-2 days and didn't bring in your suitcase. (Only then go to U1) The host is happy to offer support and is a very pleasant conversation partner.

Small but fine

Small but nice.

Personally and very warmly welcomed by the landlord.
A small apartment but very well equipped and clean.
In front of the house a nice outdoor seating area, free parking for the car, and a carport for the bicycles.
Bus stop in front of the house.
Nearby two local places where you can eat well.
Good shopping options nearby.

Superrrrrr just everything perfect.

Vacation

We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment. We lacked nothing. The landlady was very caring and provided us with all the information to get to know the beautiful city of Vienna. A bus left directly in front of the accommodation every day, but the apartment is still located in a quiet area. With the bus and subway, you can reach the center of Vienna in about 20 minutes. We will certainly be happy to spend our vacation there again.

You can't live better than this.

The accommodation is quiet and idyllic. The bus still departs directly in front of the doorstep. From there, it is very easy to get to the city and all the sights. With the hop on hop off bus, every route and direction can really be reached. All questions can be answered well, and we were very grateful for the tips from Mrs. Ibetsberger. Everything in the accommodation was very nice and clean. Everything you need was there. In the evenings, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility. The car is safely in the yard. Highly recommended. We say thank you for this experience.

A beautiful apartment

The apartment is very nice, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed. The service (e.g., offering a ticket for the first bus ride) is well thought out, as there are no tickets available for purchase on the bus. For those arriving by car, a secure parking space is available in the courtyard.
The apartment is on the outskirts of Vienna, and to reach the city center, you first have to take the bus to the subway station. The bus departs right in front of the door, and the frequency is sufficient. We definitely come to Vienna twice a year for a week and would be happy to stay there again, provided the apartment is available.

-Cleanliness: super
-Accuracy of the listing: very good
-Location: public transport or car are necessary to reach sights, restaurants, and shopping options. The apartment is quietly located off the road in a very beautiful garden. However, Vienna Airport is not far away. During the day, overhead planes can be disturbing in the garden. It didn't bother us; we found it rather exciting.
-Facilities and comfort: the bed is comfortable. However, it could be higher and wider! The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are very well equipped. However, a small dishwasher would be very helpful :) There are more than enough towels. I don’t think there is air conditioning. The apartment did not heat up despite high outside temperatures.
-The host was always reachable, helpful, very friendly, and very accommodating.
-The price-performance ratio is definitely okay!

We were in Vienna from Thursday to Sunday and I happened to find this nice, lovely apartment in a quiet location.
It takes about 40-45 minutes to get to Stephansplatz. Right in front of the accommodation is the bus stop from where you can directly reach the U1. Great connection...no problem getting home in the evening either.
There is a courtyard with covered parking space for the car. Great value for the price? Landlady very nice? Would love to stay here again?

Simply classy

I was completely satisfied and felt well looked after at all times. The landlady is a very friendly lady, she takes good care of the accommodation and always has an open ear. The flat has everything you need for your daily needs. I am still thrilled and will stay here again during my next stay in Vienna

Top stay in Viennese village ambience

Perfect stay in a quiet and clean flat on the outskirts of Vienna. Very friendly hostess, everything needed was available in the apartment. If you don't necessarily want to stay right in the centre of Vienna, this is the perfect place to stay in a beautiful location. We can highly recommend the location and the hostess.

Well-being holiday

The holiday flat is very nice and quietly located.
From here you can easily get to the sights of Vienna, even without a car. Around the flat there are beautiful paths between lots of greenery for walking and hiking.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful.
We felt very comfortable here.
