This logie is cosy with rural flair. Living room with dining area and kitchenette, sleeping accommodation by own bedroom for 2 persons, for one person in the living area a good lying folding sofa (or 2 children). Toddler bed addition possible. Walk-in wardrobe, small bathroom with shower, toilet extra, outdoor seating, WLAN+TV available, no parking problem, car space in the carport. Underfloor heating by heat pump, washing machine, bed and towels included. Cooker with 2 induction hobs, ice box, microwave, filter and pad coffee machine, as well as all crockery needs, egg boiler, toaster, as well as small kitchen needs such as spices, flour, rice, coffee, cocoa etc. available.

Location and surroundings of object
This apartment is in a quiet but central location. A bus in front of the door provides the connection to the city visit. The bus connection goes in 8min. to the U1/Oberlaa, which is then in about 15min. in the center. Also so close is the Therme Wien, which is known as a spa (sulphur base) for various treatments, but also invites you to swim and relax. Equally worthwhile is a walk in this spa park with a detour to the famous spa confectionery
On foot along the Liesingbach you can find many nice wine taverns, as well as village inns, also the bicycle path is worthwhile here. Not far away are golf courses with 9 or 36 holes and horse riding facilities for sports enthusiasts
To come to rest is really possible here.

good living on assembly
Those looking for peace and a cozy corner near a big city will find it here. The small houses are on a green island amidst built-up neighboring properties. If you take the time, you can lie in the sun in the garden or go in search of adventures and experiences in the city of Vienna. The bus station is right next to the entrance to the property, and the way to the subway is not far. It takes everyone to the city center in a short time. My small apartment there was well-equipped, had a pleasant size even for 2 people, and offered me everything I needed for the duration of my stay. I felt very comfortable there, especially since the air conditioning made me forget the outside temperatures of around 40°C. A big advantage for me was that I could park my service vehicle, which is 2.40m high, on the property and didn't have to endure long walks to the vehicle or worry about its contents.

We felt comfortable.
We had everything we needed. From the accommodation, we always got to Vienna easily. The landlady was very nice and helpful; she gave us many good pieces of advice and tips for our excursions. We could park the car safely in the courtyard area in front of our accommodation.
We can only recommend the apartment.

Beautiful holiday apartment, great time in Vienna
We had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment. The tranquility we could enjoy there was perfect for exploring Vienna. The landlady sweetened our stay with her warmth and great tips. Nothing was lacking – from cleanliness to the cozy atmosphere. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment, and with bus and train, you can reach the city center in about 30 minutes. The accommodation is well-equipped with everything and very nicely furnished. In front of the house is a small outdoor seating area, there is even a possibility for grilling. We slept great and were able to relax. We could park the car in the yard in a carport. A huge thank you to this wonderful host!
