Eine sehr schöne und schicke Wohnung (EG) die in der ältesten Straße von Garmisch liegt. Der Weg in die Fußgängerzone dauert keine 5 Minuten und ein Bäcker und Metzger sind super schnell zu erreichen. In der Wohnung gibt es für den Abend Verdunkelungsvorhänge im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Richtige Vorhänge oder Plisees für den Tag sind leider nicht vorhanden. Gerade im Schlafzimmer, welches direkt an der Straße liegt, wäre dies noch eine sehr gute Ergänzung. Der Parkplatz ist vor dem Gebäude auf der Straße, eine Fahrradgarage ist im Hof vorhanden.
