Are you looking for a place to relax and unwind? Then the holiday apartment "Alpensymphonie" in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen offers the right conditions for this.
In this holiday apartment you can have a holiday with the whole family, which you will never forget. The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers 98 m² comfortable space for up to 4 persons. The "Alpensymphonie" is furnished in a Bavarian-modern style and has a massive fireplace. Here you can spend many beautiful and relaxed hours with your family.
Living like Richard Strauss once did
You live in a quiet but central part of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, from where you can reach the Garmisch pedestrian zone with its many shopping facilities, restaurants and cosy Cafe´s in only a few minutes walk. The Bavarian Zugspitzbahn, the Olympic ice sports centre, the Alpspitz Wellenbad or the congress centre are also near the flat.
Richard Strauss already knew where it is good to live, because directly opposite the holiday apartment "Alpensymphonie" stands the magnificent Strauss Villa, the residence of the German composer.
Relaxed evenings on the open fireplace
The holiday apartment "Alpensymphonie" is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The living room has a massive, open fireplace which provides for a cosy atmosphere. Here you can end a day with a good glass of red wine.
The modern kitchen invites you to cook. All kitchen appliances and even a fully automatic coffee machine are available here. In the dining area there are large windows, which make the room very bright and friendly. It is equipped with a large table with comfortable chairs.
Sunny hours in the own garden
The large sliding windows in the dining area open onto the beautiful terrace and garden. The terrace is equipped with modern and high-quality polyrattan garden furniture and loungers, so that you can enjoy a good book in the sun and really relax. In the holiday apartment "Alpensymphonie" there are two bedrooms, one with a TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed in comfort height.
In the basement of the house there is also a freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. These devices are at your disposal. There are two parking spaces for your car in the underground car park. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und haben fürs nächste Jahr schon wieder gebucht.

Immer für uns dagewesen. Sogar am Abreisetag hat uns Herr Mahr zum Bahnhof gefahren, was nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Alles war perfekt! Angefangen bei der FeWo Vermittlung Mahr bis hin zur Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung. Alles war zu Fuß zu erreichen, dass Auto blieb in der Tiefgarage. Wir können die Fewo zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Liebes Mahr\'s Team, ich habe die Ferienwohnung für meine Liebsten gebucht. Ich musste zu der Zeit leider Arbeiten. Gleich nach der Ankunft bekam ich Bilder von der Ferienwohnung geschickt. Alle waren total begeistert über die stylische Einrichtung und die liebevoll ausgesuchten Details. Sie würden alle sofort wieder kommen. Danke auch an ihr Team und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Hier stimmt alles. Sehr hochwertige, teils maßgeschneiderte Möbel, exklusive Küche und sehr gemütliche modern-alpenländische Einrichtung. Die Wohnung liegt in einem neugebauten 5 Familien-Haus. Hier werden wir sicherlich noch einmal bleiben.

We spent our vacation in a very beautiful and cozy apartment. We felt comfortable from the first day. For breakfast, we enjoyed the view of the mountains (including the Zugspitze). The apartment is located in a quiet area, the city center is easily accessible on foot. The apartment is very clean and well-maintained. Nothing was missing. We can highly recommend the apartment. If we were to vacation in Garmisch again, we would book this apartment again immediately.

Everything is just right here. Very high-quality, partly custom-made furniture, exclusive kitchen and very cosy modern Alpine furnishings. The flat is located in a newly built 5-family house.
We will certainly stay here again.

I went hiking in Garmisch with my sister in September and we rented the Alpensinfonie. The flat was just perfect. Modern but cosy alpine style. Very tastefully furnished, the beds were super comfortable and the bathroom top! We didn't want for anything. The location is very quiet, you can reach the city centre in about 10 min on foot. The hiking trails also start practically from the front door. The underground car park is also practical. All in all, highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

The "Alpensinfonie" is a tastefully furnished, very comfortable holiday flat in which you simply have to feel at home. In addition to the beautiful mountain panorama and the many opportunities for interesting hiking tours, it contributed decisively to the success of our holiday.
