The century-old country house villa with the meaningful name ROSENCHALET with 2 holiday flats was extensively renovated in 2012-2015 with great attention to detail. It is in a quiet location, 2 minutes' walk from the centre of Garmisch with all its shopping facilities and localities. Good starting point for hikers, walkers but also for skiers and cross-country skiers.
