Layout and amenities:
On the ground floor there are the kitchen, bathroom, hallway, living and dining area. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with a total of five beds/sleeping places (one 1.60m x 2.0m double bed, two 0.70 x 2.0m single beds, and one 0.9m x 2.0m single bed).
The house has a beautiful garden with a covered terrace as well as a terrace and seating areas outdoors. Living and dining area:
In the living and dining area there is a cozy dining corner as well as a sofa, armchair & television.
In the middle stands a stove, which provides coziness and warmth throughout the house during the cold season.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwasher, stove and oven, filter coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. There is sufficient crockery available.
Bathroom:
In the bathroom there are a toilet, washbasin and shower with enough space to move around. Bedrooms:
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor.
In the bedroom facing the garden there are 2 beds, each 80x200 cm; in the bedroom facing the front there are 2 beds, each 70x200 cm (box spring), as well as a bed measuring 90x200 cm in the small bedroom facing the front.
There is also a baby bed in the larger bedroom facing the front.
Note: The staircase to the upper floor is narrow, i.e. not recommended for people with limited mobility. It can be closed off with a gate for children.
Bed linen, towels, and dish / kitchen towels must please be brought along.
Garden:
The garden is quietly situated at the back of the house. The sun shines into the garden all day long. In addition to the lawn, there is an outdoor terrace as well as a cozy, naturally overgrown seating area. For cooler evenings, there is also a covered terrace that provides appropriate shelter. A barbecue corner completes the garden.

Location and surroundings of object
Location & surrounding area:
The house is located in the holiday park Den Osse / Meeuwenstein near Brouwershaven on the holiday island Schouwen-Duiveland in the delta area in Zeeland (in the south of Holland).
To the north of the island is the Grevelingenmeer, to the south the Oosterschelde and to the west the North Sea with 18 kilometres of sandy beach and one of the largest dune areas in Holland.
The North Sea beach can be reached from the house in 10 minutes by bike (approx. 4 km).
There is a jetty on the Grevelingenmeer that offers easy access to the water and can be reached on foot in 3 minutes from the house. There is also a small swimming beach at the Grevelingenmeer, which is also suitable for small children.
The holiday park has a supermarket, a heated swimming pool, children's playgrounds and indoor play facilities, tennis courts, a mini-golf course, cafés and restaurants as well as various hire outlets for boats, bicycles, stand-up paddles, etc.
The small village of Brouwershaven, one of Zeeland's listed building ensembles, can be reached on foot via the dyke and offers a number of places to stop for a bite to eat. Scharendijke with its restaurants and bars is also within walking distance.
The towns of Renesse, Burgh-Haamstede and Zierikzee with their many restaurants, cafés and shops are also close by on the island.
Activities and excursion destinations in the surrounding area
In addition to the above-mentioned places on the island, the nearby, beautiful old towns of Goes and Middelburg are also ideal for strolling and exploring.
There are also various sports and leisure activities for young and old on the island, such as boat trips, Deltapark Neeltje Jans and various museums.
Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Amsterdam, Antwerp, Bruges, Ghent and Brussels are all within easy reach for day trips.
The island is particularly popular with holidaymakers for the following sports:
Cycling:
The whole of Zeeland offers a very well-developed, varied and extensive network of cycle paths, inviting you to go on extensive cycle tours along the coast or through various nature reserves on the islands.
Water sports:
Various water sports such as kite surfing and windsurfing are possible on the Brouwersdam, just a few minutes from the house. There are also opportunities to try out water sports or obtain the relevant licences.
Diving:
There are many spots on the island that are very popular with divers. One of them is in the immediate vicinity of the house on the Grevelingenmeer.
Alternatively, you can simply relax in the sun on the North Sea beach ?
