Description
The house offers place for 4 persons and a four-legged friend.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new electrical appliances:
Stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, espresso capsule machine, toaster.
Living room, bath and WC are at ground level. The two bedrooms can be reached via a narrow staircase on the upper floor. One bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds. In the ground floor living room there is a sleeping coach for 2 persons. In the living room there is a television and radio with satellite reception and many German stations.
The beautiful garden offers a lot of privacy and invites you to relax and sunbathe. There is sunshine on the terrace from morning to noon. From midday until late evening you can enjoy the sun on a second terrace by the summer house. The property is fenced in.
For cooler days in autumn or spring there is a gas central heating and a wood-burning stove.
The park offers a nice playground for children.
In the nearby park Port Greve you can visit the swimming pool with water slide etc. The pretty village of Brouwershaven (2km away) invites you to stroll and have a meal.
The house is a non-smoking house and ideal for families with 2 children from 6 years. Dogs are welcome. Rentals to groups from 25 years of age.

The Grevelingenmeer is only a stone's throw away. Within walking distance there is a small beach with a separate bathing area. The Grevelingenmeer is an eldorado for water sports enthusiasts:
Dive: Diving jetty at 300 meters from the house
Sailing and windsurfing, SUP: at the Brouwersdam (10 minutes by car) boats, surfboards and SUPs can be rented.
The North Sea beach at Scharendijke can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Cozy holiday cottage in beautiful park
The house is very cozy and clean. The living and dining area is nicely furnished, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Both bedrooms are very nice, although only accessible through a steep staircase. The bathroom is nice, although very small. The garden is secluded, large, and completely fenced. The park itself is quiet and well-maintained.
The Grevelingenmeer is right next door. The proper North Sea is easily accessible in just a few kilometers.
The landlord is extremely helpful and always available.

Erholsam
Es ist ein sehr schönes Häuschen in einem gepflegtem Park. Der Garten ist ist uneinsehbar und komplett eingezäunt. Es ist alles vohanden was man braucht. Das Bad ist modern und mit ausreichend Ablagen allerdings sehr klein. Die Raumspartreppe ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das buchen, einchecken und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos. Das Grevelinger Meer ist nur ein Steinwurf entfernt, es gibt dort aber keinen Strand nur einen Steg mit Einstieg zum schwimmen oder tauchen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage
Sehr schönes, sauberes und mit Liebe eingerichtetes Ferienhaus zum Wühlfühlen.
Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort und waren sehr zufrieden.

Gemütliches Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet und zudem sehr sauber. Schöner Wohn- Essbereich, bestens ausgestattete Küche und extrem gemütliche Schlafzimmer. Dazu ein schöner und großer Garten. Der Park an sich ist angenehm ruhig und ordentlich gepflegt. Das Grevelinger Meer ist einen Steinwurf entfernt, die "richtige" Nordsee in nur wenigen Kilometern ebenfalls gut zu erreichen.
Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder, wenn sich die Möglichkeit bietet.

Urlaub in Renesse
Es ist ein sehr schönes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, würden es gerne immer wieder mieten. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an den Vermieter wenden.
