The bathroom offers modern sanitary facilities with washbasin, mirror and high-quality fittings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. In the cosy living room, you can relax on the comfortable couch and end the evening in front of the TV.
The holiday flat has a balcony from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere and provides warmth on cooler days. The flat also offers a car park and free WLAN.
Relaxation is provided by the swimming pool, which is available seasonally (warm summer months - during the bathing season). After a long day, you can relax and recharge your batteries in the in-house sauna.

Sellin is a charming Baltic seaside resort town on the island of Rügen in Germany.
A morning greeting from the Baltic Sea ... you can find it everywhere on Rügen's coasts, but it is especially true for the Schilfrohr flat.
Wake up in the morning to the sound of the sea and breathe in the fresh sea air on your balcony, which is right next to the bedroom. And if that's not enough, simply have breakfast on the second balcony, which is right by the kitchen and faces the pool. You can then end the evening relaxing on your enclosed veranda with a view of the high shore promenade.

Cancellation terms:
CANCELLATION / REBOOKING The landlord grants the tenant a valid right of withdrawal at any time. The declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing. The decisive factor is the receipt of the withdrawal notice by the landlord. In case of cancellation, the tenant must pay compensation for measures taken and expenses incurred. The amount of this compensation claim is determined by how close the time of cancellation is to the agreed start of the trip and is graded into the following fixed rates: - up to 21 days before arrival 30% of the rental price - up to 14 days before arrival 40% of the rental price - up to 7 days before arrival 50% of the rental price - less than 7 days before arrival 80% of the rental price In the case of no-show without prior cancellation, 80% of the rental price will also be charged. A handling fee of EUR 50 will be charged for cancellation or rebooking. Upon re-booking, EUR 25 will be credited back. The tenant retains the right to prove lesser damage. Rebookings made after the aforementioned deadlines are considered a withdrawal followed by a new registration. The fixed rates do not apply if the apartment is rented out to someone else (minus any difference amounts, etc.). The transfer of the contract made with the landlord is not permitted or requires explicit written consent.
