Welcome to your holiday flat Am Strom 119 Haus Bachmann in Rostock - Warnemünde! This charming accommodation offers space for up to 4 guests on 90 square metres of living space. The house has one bedroom and one bathroom and is cosy and stylishly furnished.
The flat has a terrace that invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. Here you can prepare your meals and enjoy them in the cosy eat-in kitchen.

and is suitable for max. 4 persons. The holiday home is in the very best location in Warnemünde, from where you can reach the wonderful sandy beach in just 2 minutes on foot.
The holiday flat is functionally furnished, has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a living room. From the living room and also from the terrace belonging to it you can watch the colourful hustle and bustle at and on the river.
Stay in one of our beautiful holiday flats in the single-family house Am alten Strom 119 in Warnemünde in the very best location. The house is just a two-minute walk from the beach. Both holiday flats are new and modernly furnished.
Warnemünde is without doubt one of the most beautiful places on the Baltic Sea! There is a colourful hustle and bustle along the Warnemünde river. From our holiday home you have a direct view of the ships arriving and departing. Harbour tours, which start almost right on your doorstep, invite you to get to know the shipyards and harbours of Warnemünde from the water. And a mini-cruise even takes you out to sea - including the opportunity to shop duty-free, of course. Not only the younger guests will have a great day visiting the seal research station - or pedalling and rowing on the old river. The ferry takes you across the Warnow to the marina residence and from there you can continue on to Markgrafenheide and other beautiful sandy beaches. A ferry trip also invites you to take a day trip to Denmark, where you can spend an eventful day on holiday. And there is always something to experience in Warnemünde itself! How to get to Warnemünde Travel by car via the A 20 motorway from Hamburg/Schwerin/Wismar to Rostock. Guests travelling from Berlin, take the A 19/A 20 motorway and exit at Rostock West/ "Warnemünde". Continue on a 4-lane (motorway-like) road to Warnemünde. If travelling by train, travel directly to Warnemünde, then walk approx. 08 minutes to the flat. Enjoy the maritime atmosphere in the charming coastal town of Rostock-Warnemünde.

We felt very comfortable?
The booking went smoothly. The apartment is very close to the water. Everything you need. A great view of the harbor… the ships and the hustle and bustle of the beach promenade. The apartment is nicely furnished and also clean. We felt very comfortable. ???

Schöne Lage, aber das ist nicht alles!
Ideale Lage!
Wir hiernwaren zum wiederholtem Mal als Gast beherbergt.
Zur Ankunft stand auch diese Wohnungstür weit offen, damit der anwesende Handwerker die Toilette nutzen konnte.
Die großen Fenster laden ein auch nur auf dem Sofa sitzend nur hinaus zu schauen und Schiffe beobachten.
Allerdings ist dies ja nicht alles zum wohlfühlen.
Im Vorraum erwartete uns ein Alt-Wäscheberg, Unrat.
Ein Sessel stand defekt in der Ecke mit Zettel: Defekt
Auch in dieser Wohnung hingen Spinnweben von der Decke und in den Ecken.
Die Auffassung von Sauberkeit wisch von unseren Vorstellungen ab.
Der Geschirrspüler war nicht betriebsfähig. Glühbirnen defekt.
Im Allgemein machte die Wohnung einen zunehmenden abgewirtschafteten Eindruck im Vergleich der Vorjahre.
Auch hier wurde der Ton des Verwalters schärfer nach unserer Abreise.
Infos mit Fotos direkt an den Inhaber der Wohnung, damit er sich ein loyales Bild machen kann,
blieben unbeantwortet.
Auch für diese Wohnung bekamen wir eine erneute Untersagung einer Buchungsanfrage.
Schade, dann soll es so sein!
