Description
Our house is located in the quiet, spacious holiday park "Zeeland Village".
The beautiful house is approx. 95 sqm in size. It stands on a plot of approx. 450 sqm, screened from view, surrounded by bushes and trees and fenced in, with large lawns.
Two large sun terraces with garden furniture and a lounger are also available.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A bathroom with toilet on the upper floor, a bathroom with built-in sauna for 2 people, a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Furthermore, there is a spacious, light-flooded living area with open fitted kitchen and a wonderful dining area.
Ground floor:
- Living and dining area (approx. 40 sqm) with well-equipped kitchen and large wooden dining table
- The kitchen is equipped with: ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, 2 coffee machines (1x Aldi capsule machine, only suitable for Aldi capsules from Germany!) ! , 1x filter), dishes and cutlery
-Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room. There you will find, among other things, a large refrigerator with freezer combination, microwave,
dishwasher, washing machine, iron and drying rack
-Living room with comfortable seating area under a large panoramic window, satellite TV. - Television, stereo system
- There is also a selection of books available as well as some board games
- Separate toilet
- Bathroom with shower and sauna
Upper floor:
- One bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 and a large wardrobe
- One bedroom with a double bed 140 x 200 with spacious wardrobe

Parking space (partly covered) on the property offers space for two cars. A supermarket is a few minutes' walk from the park, here you can find everything for your daily needs. And more...

Location and surroundings of object
Scharendijke is located on the Zeeland island of Schouwen-Duiveland and borders the North Sea and the Grevelingen Sea.
This area has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands.
Opposite the Zeeland Village resort is a marina and the town centre. It is wonderfully quiet there. However, if you prefer a more lively holiday, you are not far from the nearby and well-known seaside resort of Renesse.
The Grevelinger Meer is the largest and cleanest saltwater lake in Europe. It is a well-known windsurfing area and also offers wonderful opportunities for all other water sports such as sailing, fishing, canoeing, diving and rowing. Boat trips are also very popular.
There are very well-developed cycle paths in the immediate vicinity. From the holiday home you can cycle along the beach path to Renesse and the nearby Port Greve (on the Grevelinger Meer), to the picturesque village of Brouwershaven, to the beach on the Brouwersdam or to Burgh Haamstede.
There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The beautiful Zierikzee with its inland harbour, shops and restaurants or the municipality of Veere on Walcheren are certainly worth a visit.
The fantastic, partly unspoilt sandy beaches are kilometres long and perfect for hours of beach walks.
There are also horse riding opportunities nearby.
The Brouwersdam is great for cycling and inline skating and offers a fantastic view of two seas, the Grevelingen Sea on one side and the North Sea on the other.
Near Burgh Haamstede there is a large wooded area (Boswachterij Westerschouwen). In this area you can go on beautiful walks. On the island "Neeltje Jans" you can visit the exhibition about the great, devastating storm surge of 1953 around the Oosterschelde (well worth seeing). There is also an information centre about the Delta Works, which were built to protect against future storm surges.
And there is much, much more to do and explore in beautiful Zeeland.

Beautiful house, large property
The house was very clean, very well furnished. Everything you need is there.
Large property for child and dog.
Zeeland and the beaches were also great. There were plenty of destinations for cycling.
All in all, a nice vacation.

Sehr ansprechendes Haus, dass mit viel Herzblut hergerichtet wurde.
Der Garten ist in einem schönen Zustand.
Die Matratzen waren für ein Ferienhaus gut. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich.

We not only had great weather?
We had a dream vacation in May in Holland – simply perfect for us and our dog! ? The holiday home was beautiful, well-equipped with everything you need, and super clean. We were particularly excited about the completely fenced property – absolutely escape-proof and surrounded by dense bushes, which provided wonderful privacy. The beds were very comfortable, so we slept wonderfully. The location was also ideal: the beach was very close and shopping options were quickly accessible – perfect for daily needs. ? ️?
The contact with the landlord was very friendly and warm. We felt completely comfortable and could relax wonderfully. Absolutely recommendable – we would love to come back! ? ? ? ?

A beautiful holiday home in a quiet location.
The holiday home and the beautifully landscaped fenced garden are truly the ideal place to vacation. We felt very comfortable and would have loved to stay there longer. The landlord and the caretaker were also very friendly and helpful.

Best recovery
The house is just as beautiful as shown in the pictures: very clean, plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great fully grown garden with two beautiful terraces. Very friendly contact people on site, very straightforward and friendly communication with the landlord. Great beach nearby. Just a fantastic place for a North Sea vacation. We were not there for the last time.
