The two sun terraces are located in the spacious living area. Large windows and patio doors ensure a bright, cozy atmosphere.
The driveway with carport offers space for 2-3 vehicles.

The address of our house is Noordzeelaan 87, NL-4322 DP Scharendijke.
It is located in the park "Zeeland Village" 500 m from the Grevelingenmeer and a marina. The North Sea with dunes, beach and beach cafés are within walking distance (2 km along the Grevelingenmeer) or 3.5 km by car.
The little ones can let off steam on several playgrounds.
You can easily reach the well-stocked PLUS supermarket on foot.
You can go surfing, diving or sailing in the area.
There are many excursions to picturesque Dutch towns such as Brouwershaven, Zierikzee, Renesse , Burgh-Haamstede, Middelburg or Goes.

The house has been almost completely refurbished in 2021. The new kitchen has a refrigerator and a separate fridge-freezer combination. Not only the younger ones will be happy about the hot air fryer.

Any time again
We were for the fourth time in this beautiful house by the lake. Every time we are fascinated by the beautiful location, the large garden, and the functional and child-friendly furnishings of the house. The booking process is always very straightforward and special requests are always responded to quickly and super friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Wir kommen wieder!
Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Grill, Raclette, 2. Kühlschrank alles da.
Das Grundstück ist wirklich richtig schön, kann man ja bereits bei den Fotos erahnen.
Zu Fuß erreicht man einen gut sortierter Supermarkt.
In 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto an den Traumstränden und am Meer.
Der Kontakt mit Fam. Dücker war sehr nett, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rundum glücklich!
Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Alles ist hell, schön und praktisch ausgestattet. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber total neu und verfügt über alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Es gibt sogar einen 2. Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierschrank. Einfach top! Das Highlight ist der Garten mit Blick auf den großen Teich. An Kinder wurde auch gedacht: Planschbecken, Matschküche, Spielzeug, Kindergitter an der Treppe etc. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
