The property is south-facing, so you can enjoy the warm sun here even in winter. The local restaurants and shops can be reached in just 5 minutes by car, which you can park in front of the house.

This beautiful 4 bedroom villa was built in 2014 and is situated in a quiet, but central location, in La Marina urbanisation Oasis.
The villa can sleep up to 8 people so it is perfect for 2 families who go on holiday together.
The first thing you will see is the beautiful garden area with big private pool surrounded by a large terrace with sunbeds.
The outside area is extremely well decorated and equipped with a sitting area and covered dining area with outdoor kitchen and gas barbecue.
The villa is 7 km away from the beautiful beaches of La Marina, and the beaches of Guardamar and La Mata are also close by. The highlight of these beaches is that they are wide with clean sand and are lined with unique pine tree forests. This villa is set in a quiet area and has several shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
The rental prices outside the high season are based on a maximum of 6 people.
Additional guests after the first 6 people (up to a maximum of 8), including children, are required to pay €30,- per night per person for the low- mid- and after Season.
