Description
In this villa you will find everything you need. Fully equipped for 6 people, it leaves hardly anything to be desired. Two bedrooms are each equipped with a 2.0 x 1.8 m box spring bed for maximum comfort. The third bedroom has a 2.0 x 1.60 m double bed. You will also find a large living room with ample seating, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.
Outside, there is a covered terrace with room for 6 people as well. At the back of the property is a covered outdoor barbecue area where you can enjoy the balmy summer evenings.
The 8x4 m salt water pool is more than just a paddling pool. Why salt water? It is gentler on the skin and has an overall lower chlorine content than conventionally chlorinated freshwater pools thanks to the built-in chlorine control. You can freshen up beforehand in the outdoor shower, which is hidden from view. 4 sun loungers and a Hollywood swing invite you to chill out in the afternoon.
A solar pool heater will be installed in September 2023.

GREAT VACATION

Thank you for the fantastic accommodation! We were really impressed and surprised by how well-equipped the villa was. The location was also great, about 15 minutes to the very beautiful beach and everything else we needed was in close proximity to the villa. We will definitely come back next year and are looking forward to it :)

Very nice, gladly again!
We were six people staying in the accommodation from the 15th to the 22nd of July 2023. Everything is easily accessible by rental car, alternatively there are also many entertainment options in the settlement. Everything worked and was clean, especially the saltwater pool impressed us. If we come back to Alicante, then here!

Wonderful holiday week
A beautiful holiday villa with pool in a quiet residential area. Shopping facilities nearby and the way to the beach not so far.
The villa was very clean, well equipped and lovingly decorated.
We felt very comfortable and spent a wonderful holiday week here. We will definitely come back again.
