Description
The holiday home is located in a very quiet location on the edge of San Fulgencio and has a large terrace, a balcony and a roof terrace with conservatory. There is a communal outdoor pool. Free private parking is available on the property. All shops (for example, a Lidl) are about km away.
The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath). The living area has a flat-screen TV and high quality furniture. The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, small dishwasher, coffee maker with filter bags, toaster, and everything you need (spices, salt and sugar). A washing machine with detergent and softener is also integrated into the kitchen, so that leaves nothing to be desired. Each room has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels for the house and for the beach or pool are provided. A parasol for the beach can also be found in the house.
On the terrace you have a large gas grill for cozy barbecues available.
La Marina is just 20 minutes from Alicante Airport (ALC) and there is the possibility to pick up a car directly from the airport. (Renting from Germany is cheaper!)
Further information
In our house families with children are very welcome. For very young guests we provide a baby travel bed and a baby chair. Pets like dogs are allowed to move in with us. We provide you with feeding bowls and dog beds. There is a small surcharge of 5 EUR per day to be paid. Please always specify when requesting.
Otherwise you will find everything necessary in the house. Shower gel, detergent, softener, detergent, spices, salt and sugar, filter bags, iron, ironing board, clothes horse and large gas grill with gas bottle.
At the beginning of May we will buy some more things, as we have bought the house first. Of course, this is not yet visible in the photos, so I'm going to write this in here.
So a bedroom will get two single beds, these can then be put together or placed separately. On the middle terrace, which starts from a bedroom, will be new sun loungers and a small table with chairs and in the conservatory of the roof terrace, a cozy sitting area will be present.

Location and surroundings of object
La Marina, San Fulgencio, is a small seaside resort on Spain's famous Costa Blanca. The town is nestled in rolling dunes and some of the widest beaches in the region, stretching over more than 17 km. The seaside resort of La Marina is, like many beach towns in the area, a small village with sports facilities, some cafés and a number of shops and bars.

Hello, we are Sirko and Britta and have fallen in love with this country and especially the Costa Blanca. Therefore, the decision came this year to buy a beautiful house in a quiet and scenic location.
