Welcome to our charming holiday home "Eric", located in the picturesque area of Krummhörn / Greetsiel. This cosy holiday home offers space for up to 6 guests in 75 square metres of living space, spread over 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The house is furnished in country house style. The brightly painted walls and white room doors create a pleasant living ambience.
The accommodation has a small hallway on the ground floor, from which the guest WC and the storage room with washing machine lead off. An intermediate door leads to the living room with fitted kitchen, dining set, cosy seating area and terrace.
Upstairs is the daylight bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony.
There are two further single beds in the attic, which is open to the stairs.
The Eric holiday home therefore has a total of 3 bedrooms:
First floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps, wardrobe, small seating area in the bay window.
First floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), 2 bedside cabinets with bedside lamps, wardrobe, shelf, desk.
Upper floor: Open bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), 2 bedside cabinets with bedside lamp, chest of drawers, TV
In the daylight shower room on the upper floor there is a shower next to the WC. A mirror, a washbasin, a vanity unit and a shelf for storing your personal belongings round off the feel-good factor in the bathroom. The washing machine is also located there.
The small storage room in the hallway off the living area (next to the bathroom) contains various cleaning utensils (broom, hoover, etc.) as well as an iron and ironing board, which are at your free disposal.
The open-plan kitchen and dining table for up to 6 people are located in the living area. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find, among other things:
Dishwasher - fridge with freezer compartment - microwave - ceramic hob with oven - coffee machine - toaster - blender - egg cooker
A cosy large corner couch invites you to linger and dream (even on cold days) by the fireplace. For your entertainment, you will find a flat-screen TV with blue-ray player and a radio-CD player (Bluetooth, DAB ...) as well as a small collection of games with various card games in the TV chest of drawers. The W-LAN with guest access (surfing and e-mail) is available to you free of charge.
A door from the living area leads to the terrace (south-west facing). On the garden furniture available there you can enjoy the sun on relaxing days and evenings, spend a nice barbecue evening or play with your children on the lawn. An awning provides additional shade on beautiful summer days.
There is also a spacious covered seating area in the garden for warm rainy days.
For our younger guests..
a travel cot (incl. mattress and sheets), a high chair as well as painting utensils and building blocks are available if required. In the garden there is a small coverable sandpit with some toys. The large playground in the centre of Greetsiel can be reached on foot in approx. 10-15 minutes.

Location and surroundings of object
Charming coastal region of Krummhörn/Greetsiel with picturesque windmills and harbour.
The centre of Greetsiel with its romantic harbour (including the largest cutter fleet in East Frisia), its various pubs, cafés, ice cream parlours and many shopping facilities is approx. 10-15 minutes' walk away. From there you can reach the famous twin mills of Greetsiel and the extensive canal network, which invites you to take smaller boat trips, in just a few minutes. Also in the centre of Greetsiel is the large children's playground with adjoining mini-golf course, beach volleyball court and table tennis table for sporting activities. A small bathing lake and the dyke are also within easy walking distance.
The famous Pilsum lighthouse ("Otto" lighthouse, approx. 4 km) and the Leysiel lock (approx. 7 km) invite you to take a leisurely hike or a relaxed bike ride across the dyke.
Other excursion destinations and leisure activities in the area include mudflat walks to the islands, the seal breeding centre and the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. In Emden you can visit the "Ottifant", which looks out of the "Otto Huus" (Otto Waalkes Museum) at the harbour. You can also reach the island of Borkum several times a day from Emden harbour.
Go shopping in the beautiful old town centre of Aurich.

- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 1 day before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 1 day before check-in, the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee will be refunded.

However, there are currently two charging points in the centre of Greetsiel:
- Zur Hauener Hooge 13, 26736 Greetsiel (EWE charging station in the large car park below the EDEKA at Touristik GmbH)
- Achterum 1, 26736 Greetsiel (Mennekes Charging Station)
You will also find other charging stations nearby in Pewsum and in Norden / Norddeich.
