Description
The house is furnished in country house style. The spacious windows in the sleeping areas and the brightly painted walls and white room doors create a pleasant living ambience.
All windows are equipped with a fly screen and opaque pleated blinds. In the bedrooms there are additional blackout pleated blinds.
The accommodation has a small hallway on the ground floor, from which the daylight bathroom, the storage room with washing machine (top loader) and a bedroom (1 single bed) lead off. An intermediate door leads into the living room with fitted kitchen, dining set, cosy corner seating area and terrace
Upstairs there is a guest toilet, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony.
The holiday home Anna thus has a total of 3 bedrooms:
First floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), 2 night consoles with bedside lamps, wardrobe, small TV.
First floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm each), 2 night consoles with bedside lamps, wardrobe.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a single bed (80 x 200 cm), 1 night console with bedside lamp, wardrobe.
In the newly renovated daylight shower room on the ground floor, there is a shower with flat access next to the WC. An illuminated mirror, a washstand and a hanging cupboard for storing your personal belongings round off the feeling of well-being in the bathroom.
The small storage room in the hallway in front of the living area (next to the bathroom) contains various cleaning utensils (broom, hoover ...) as well as a small top-loading washing machine and an iron and ironing board, which are at your free disposal.
In the living area you will find the open kitchen and the dining table for up to 6 people. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find among others:
Dishwasher - Fridge with freezer compartment - Microwave - Ceran hob with oven - Coffee maker - Toaster - Blender - Egg boiler
A cosy large corner couch invites you to linger and dream by the decorative fireplace. For your entertainment, you will find a flat-screen TV with blue-ray player and a radio-CD player (Bluetooth, DAB ...) as well as a small game collection with various card games in the TV chest of drawers. The W-LAN with guest access (surfing and e-mail) is available to you free of charge from 17.08.2022.
From the living area you can reach the covered terrace (south-west facing) via a door. On the garden furniture available there, you can enjoy the sun on relaxing days and evenings, spend a nice barbecue evening or play with your children on the lawn. A parasol provides you with additional shade on nice summer days.
For our little guests..
a travel cot (incl. mattress and sheets), a high chair as well as painting utensils and building blocks are available if required. In the garden there is a small coverable sandbox with some toys. The large playground in the centre of Greetsiel is about a 10-15 minute walk away.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday home settlement. The centre of Greetsiel with its romantic harbour (including the largest cutter fleet in East Frisia), its various restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlours and other shopping facilities (EDEKA) as well as the tourist information centre with swimming pool and large sauna area are approx. 10-15 minutes away on foot. Playgrounds, bathing lake and the dyke are also within easy walking distance.
The famous Pilsum lighthouse ("Otto" lighthouse) is located in the neighbouring village of Greetsiel, but can be easily reached from the house during a relaxing walk over the dyke (approx. 4 km).
Experience a traditional tea ceremony in the café of the famous twin mills, try different kinds of ice cream or cakes in the two Greetsiel ice cream parlours in summer or take freshly caught fish with you for the road or to your holiday home.

Greetsiel is a romantic fishing village, and if you've been there once, you'll always come back.
There are many excursion destinations in the surrounding area, such as the seal station in Norddeich and the "Ocean Wave" leisure pool to play and let off steam.
Emden is also about 20 km away with the "Ottifanten" who welcomes you out of the "OTTO Huus" at the harbour. Here you are sure to meet old acquaintances in the Otto Waalkes Museum.
