Description
The vacation home consists of three units. The 3.5 room apartment on the middle level is for rent and can accommodate 4 people. The other two units are not rented out. The apartment consists of a spacious living and dining area with sofa set, TV armchair and dining table. From the living room you can access the balcony, which is furnished with bistro tables and chairs and offers a fantastic view of the lake. A large flat-screen TV and WiFi are available, as is a well-equipped separate kitchen. There are also two double bedrooms with box-spring beds and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. In the lower part of the house there is a large terrace with a Ticino stone table with pergola, in the upper part there is the swimming pool and an outdoor shower. Sun loungers and seating furniture are available. The house is located above the road and can be reached from the parking lot via a staircase (approx. 40 steps). A private parking space is available.
