The modern 3.5 room holiday apartment is suitable for 4 persons. The tastefully furnished apartment with discreetly coordinated colours lends a feeling of well-being. It consists of a generous entrance area, a living/dining area and a top equipped open kitchen. The large window fronts provide plenty of light. All rooms are facing south, have a sensational panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and sun from morning to evening. The terrace is equipped with a dining table and a comfortable lounge suite. Two double rooms as well as a bathroom with rain shower and toilet and another guest toilet complete the offer. There is also an exit to the small garden at the back of the house with a romantic seating area overlooking the lake and vineyards. The apartment can only be reached by stairs or by foot.

Shopping facilities can be found in Gordola and in the nearby shopping centre in Tenero. Ascona and Locarno can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. The nearby Tenero has a public beach directly on the lake shore and a swimming pool where you can have fun in the water or sunbathe on the sunbathing lawn.

The villages Tenero/Gordola are situated direct on the lake Maggiore and has a special attraction: the tranquility of the lake surrounded by mountains, the beaches with white sand and the surrounding area with its vineyards creating an exciting but for all that relaxing atmosphere that leaves no visitor unmoved.
The area has also an artistic and cultural side you can discover. It is a perfect starting point for trips or comfortable biking tours on the Magadino plain. One of the most popular place of interests are the “Bolle di Magadino”, a transition from water and land in the estuary of the river Ticino and Verzasca.
The region Tenero offers al type of events which brings much variety on your stay, to name just a few: exhibitions, markets, festivals, wine festivals, wine tasting, village festivals, country, jazz, folk music and classical music concerts, vintage car meeting for cars and motorcycles, the Commercial Fair.
North of Tenero is the Val Verzasca, this valley is certainly one of the most famous in Ticino. A beautiful wild mountain valley which the clear water of the Verzasca River has dug. Very popular in summer are the laps abraded shore rocks swimming spots. In autumn, you can take beautiful walks along the river.
Tenero-Verzasca has an extensive network of hiking trails of around 300 km, which leaves nothing to be desired: from relaxing walks along the lakefront, sports courses or theme trails to high mountain tours with breathtaking views, to quicken the heart of any mountain walker.
If you like playing sports if you like to stay outside; you find in the region a wide range of interesting possibilities. Tenero has a public beach directly on the lake and a swimming pool where you can have fun in the water or can sunbathe on the lawn.

Beautiful and well-equipped apartment with a splendid view over Lake Maggiore. Especially the large terrace and the floor-to-ceiling windows appealed to us very much. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in a beautiful hillside location, above Tenero, with a 180° view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Maggiore. Modern apartment with good room layout and facilities. Parking situation (steep) and stairs with 115 steps somewhat cumbersome. We enjoyed the time very much and felt very comfortable.

Very beautiful, clean vacation apartment. Once you've climbed the 115 stairs, you're rewarded with a dreamlike view from the balcony and the other rooms. The stair lift makes it easier to transport heavy luggage. Check in and out were uncomplicated and problem-free. Questions were answered quickly. All in all, the perfect vacation!
