Welcome to our cozy vacation apartment "Sweet Home" in Sellin, which can accommodate up to 2 guests in 32 square meters. The apartment has a bedroom, a sofa bed, a bathroom and is equipped with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The spacious balcony invites you to linger.
The kitchen was renovated in 2023 and is equipped with modern appliances, a two-burner induction stove, a dishwasher, a microwave with oven function, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The small dining table has space for 4 people.
The apartment is laid out with vinyl flooring throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area is cozy and invites you to linger. The sofa bed is comfortable for sitting during the day or you can enjoy the sun on the balcony.
The bathroom was renovated in 2023. It is bright and modern, with high-quality fixtures, including a sink, a shower, and a heater as a towel holder. A hairdryer is also available.
The bedroom is equipped with comfortable beds and hypoallergenic bedding to ensure you a restful sleep. The chest of drawers offers space for your clothes and the candlelight provides a nice soft light in addition to the bedside lamps. From the bedroom, you can access the large balcony.
The vacation apartment is located in a house built in typical spa architecture style. The apartment is quietly situated with a view of the greenery. The Edeka market is 50 meters away. There you will find everything you need for daily life. The Rasender Roland is in close proximity. With this, you can comfortably take a trip to Binz or Göhren. There is also a mini-golf course nearby, and if the weather isn't so good, you can relax in the indoor pool with attached sauna.
In the surrounding area, you can enjoy the beauty of nature. In 10 minutes, you will be on Wilhelmstrasse where there are many restaurants or you can view the famous Sellin Pier. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the city and the surrounding countryside.

Sellin is a charming seaside resort on the Baltic Sea island of Rügen with historic architecture. The Baltic Sea is 500 meters away and at the same time there is a beautiful forest located on the cliffs. Walking along a forest path along the cliffs with a view of the sea, you can go from the South Beach to Sellin or you can take the path through the greenery in 10 minutes to Wilhelmstrasse.

I have been successfully renting out my beautiful, cosy holiday flat for 20 years. I make sure that the guests feel comfortable and try to create a nice atmosphere. I renovated the kitchen 2 years ago and the bathroom last year. The balcony is of course especially nice in summer and is very popular. It's also nice that the supermarket is only 50 metres away. We really enjoy being on Rügen and in our flat in between our holidays
