In the Seepark Sellin on Rügen, you will find my beautiful 2-room flat. The Sellin Lake and the Sellin-Ost railway station are in the immediate vicinity. The "Rasende Roland", Rügen's famous narrow-gauge steam train, stops here every hour. The picturesque pier and the wonderful south beach are also only a few minutes away. The flat is south-west facing, so you can enjoy the sun from late morning until sunset on the large balcony. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, cable TV with free premiere access DVD/CD player and built-in radio. The living room and bedroom are separated by a sliding door. From both rooms you can access the large balcony. In the small kitchenette you will find a dishwasher, a combined oven and microwave, as well as a refrigerator and 2-plate hob. The bedroom is accessible from the living room through the sliding door and directly from the hallway. There is also access to the large balcony.

Directly at the idyllic Lake Sellin and only few minutes walk from the white beach Baltic my apartment is located in Seepark Sellin. Gleaming white houses in a classic resort architecture give the residence the of charm. Fancy shops, nice cafes and restaurants, a unique water park on Rügen and a 18-hole miniature golf course located directly on the largely traffic-free area of ??the Marine Park.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Early booking discount if you book 6 Wochn in advance to ermäigt the price to ? per night! Special discount for hiring in November and February. Based on 4 persons, one-time surcharge of 25 ? (It will be really tight, I'll be happy to mediate a larger apartment at a special price)
