The stylish holiday flat no. 6 is located on the 1st floor. From the large south-west facing balcony you have a marvellous panoramic view. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The spacious living room is furnished with 2 fold-away beds (size 200x90 cm), a two-piece sofa, library, TV, HIFI system and CD player. 2 balcony doors lead onto the loggia. The dining table with 4 chairs is located in the separate, very well-equipped kitchen. The shower room has a window.
W-LAN and a parking space in the underground car park are available. The lift takes you to the 1st floor. Bed linen and towels are not included, they can be booked separately. There are also 2 bicycles for adults available free of charge. Pets are not allowed and smokers must use the balcony.

The Waldschlösschen residence comprises 19 residential units, most of which are used as holiday flats. Each residential unit has a car parking space in the underground car park. The Waldschlösschen also has a lift and bicycle storage room. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available for a fee.
