Description

The house has 2 bedrooms and 2(!) bathrooms with a walk-in shower. An extra child’s bed is also available. Furthermore, the house is equipped with all comforts and necessities. From a dishwasher to a washing machine and from a Nespresso machine to 3 smart TVs with internet connection. You will probably lack nothing! *Air conditioning, from March 2027

The garden
The house has a fully enclosed garden with a fence 1.5m high. There are several terraces and from the garden you can see the dunes in the distance. There is also one parking space with a charging station on the property. A second car can be parked a stone’s throw away. Want to charge your electric bikes? That is possible in the spacious shed.

Pets
Holiday home 81 is pet-friendly and up to three small dogs are allowed.

The bungalow park De Zandput
De Zandput in Zoutelande is a quiet and small-scale bungalow park with approx. 85 private holiday homes. There are 2 playgrounds for the youngest children in the park. Beach (500m), walking and cycling routes, shops, bicycle rental and catering facilities, all of this can be found in the immediate vicinity.

The surroundings
Holiday home 81 is a wonderful place on the Zeeland Riviera to enjoy the peace and the beach. It is also the ideal base for undertaking activities or exploring Zeeland. Places like Middelburg, Veere, Domburg, and Vlissingen are nearby and are definitely worth a visit.

Rental of Holiday Home 81
Holiday Home 81 can only be rented per week during the high season. During the low season, it is possible to book for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Exceptions on request. Article 5 – Cancellation Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or by email). The following conditions apply: – Partial payments will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
• For cancellations up to 42 days before the day of arrival, 25% of the rental amount is due.
• For cancellations up to 28 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the rental amount is due.
• For cancellations within 28 days up to the day of arrival, 100% of the rental amount is due.
• If you do not arrive within 24 hours after the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental amount is due.
• In the event of cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. Please see the full rental terms and conditions on the website, see the link at the bottom of this advertisement.

Holiday home 81 is located on the quiet and small-scale bungalow park De Zandput in Zoutelande. Our holiday home, just 500 m from the beach, was carefully (completely) renovated in 2023 and is equipped with all luxury amenities. During your stay, you (and your four-legged friends) will probably want for nothing. The surrounding area also offers plenty of opportunities for an unforgettable holiday on the Zeeland Riviera!
