The completely free -standing, former hunting house with a fantastic panorama is located in the outskirts of a tranquil 150 inhabitant Dörfchen, surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful Schneifel. The 800sqm plot is fenced at a height of 1.50 m.

The holiday home has two bedrooms with new, comfortable box spring beds. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious rain shower. The fully equipped kitchen, an internet -capable television, is available quickly (100/40 Mbit).

The cozy living room with fireplace, internet -capable television and impressive foresight borders the dining area and the open, fully equipped kitchen.

The washing machine and dryer are also ready.

In the garden there is a weaver gas grill, a fire bowl, a small pond and a cozy Hollywood swing, which can be converted into a Hollywood lounger swing with simple steps.
