Description
On the top floor there is a 2-room flat flooded with light through large skylights, with old exposed wooden beams catching the eye. In the open-plan living room there is a fully equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, dishwasher, a spacious dining table and a comfortable couch. Flatscreen TV. The bedroom has a cosy double bed, the bathroom has a washbasin, shower and WC.
Guests of the top floor flat have exclusive use of the north-facing balcony on the 1st floor, from which you have a beautiful view of the Kramer mountain massif, the Loisach river and the old chestnut trees on Alleestraße.

Location and surroundings of object
The almost 100-year-old house was completely renovated in 2016, taking into account the old structures. The result is 3 charming self-contained holiday flats. Old restored wooden floorboards, modern interiors, antique dining tables, a little light design and bright, soft colours come together here to provide relaxation in our overstimulated world with purist simplicity.
The house impresses with its very quiet location in the centre of Altgarmisch. The town centre with pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops, bakery, cinema, spa gardens, nightlife and hiking trails are just a few minutes' walk away. Also the free local and ski bus.
