A large dining table adjoining the kitchenette invites you to cosy get-togethers, while the view from the floor-to-ceiling lattice windows is perfect for daydreaming. From the spacious balcony, which is furnished with comfortable seating, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the landmark of Garmisch-Partenkirchen - the Alpspitze. The property has an interesting open-plan sleeping area with a double bed. A linen curtain creates a cosy atmosphere and, if desired, privacy. From here you have access to the bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC. This flat also has a separate bedroom with handmade bunk beds made of solid wood. This bed not only offers a "mountain hut feeling" for the little ones, but is also comfortable for adults.

Location and surroundings of object
The almost 100-year-old house was completely renovated in 2016, taking into account the old structures. The result is 3 charming self-contained holiday flats. Old restored wooden floorboards, modern interiors, antique dining tables, a little light design and bright, soft colours come together here to provide relaxation in our overstimulated world with purist simplicity.
The house impresses with its very quiet location in the centre of Altgarmisch. The town centre with pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops, bakery, cinema, spa gardens, nightlife and hiking trails are just a few minutes' walk away. Also the free local and ski bus.
