Welcome to this ground floor apartment which can accommodate 4 people and has a cozy bedroom and a spacious living room. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the living room has a pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals. The modern bathroom has a shower and all necessary amenities. One pet is allowed, the house owner has a cat herself.
The area offers a wealth of activities in spring and summer. Our guests can explore the breathtaking nature of the surrounding area, whether by hiking in the nearby mountains or cycling along scenic paths. Lake Zell is just a short drive away and offers opportunities for swimming, boating and relaxing on the shore. You can also have fun at nearby golf courses or explore the region's charming villages.
In winter, Piesendorf turns into a winter wonderland. The apartment is close to ski areas such as areitXpress, Kitzsteinhorn or Schmittenhöhe, which offer skiers and snowboarders a variety of slopes. Cross-country ski trails crisscross the region, and snowshoe hikes offer a great way to explore the snowy landscape. After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the cozy apartment and spend the evening in front of the fireplace.

This apartment met all our needs, it was clean, had a great layout, and the kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs. The outdoor terrace was a nice detail to enjoy our morning coffee. The location was just right for hiking and skiing, and we loved the quiet surroundings. Perfect for a family vacation!

The accommodation was excellent, tidy, and straightforward; it is located on the ground floor with access to the garden. The owner and her family, who live upstairs, were very accommodating and friendly, making us feel at home. There is a train station next door, but it didn't bother us as our rooms were on the opposite side and there were no trains at night. We spent most of our time outside in the mountains and enjoyed grilling in the garden in the evenings, which was very pleasant. The nights were very quiet, so I can highly recommend this accommodation for a lovely stay in a beautiful place.

We had a very pleasant stay in this charming ground-floor apartment, it was big enough for us, and the double bed was incredibly comfortable, the proximity to Lake Zell allowed for nice day trips, and we enjoyed the evenings grilling in the garden, everything was clean and tidy, which made it feel like a home away from home.
