Welcome to this beautifully renovated pool villa in a fantastic neighborhood in Cape Coral. Villa Lazy Days has been newly and comfortably furnished and offers space for up to seven people.
The living area is spacious and open, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy cozy TV evenings with two seating areas.
The fully equipped, bright kitchen with professional appliances is directly integrated into the living area. There is a counter with four stools and a beautiful dining table for shared meals.
For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you, among other things, to listen to your favorite home radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The sliding doors from the living area open directly onto the covered terrace. You will find a dining area, a lounge corner with a view of the water, as well as pool loungers. A BBQ grill is also available for cozy barbecue evenings.
The beautiful south-facing pool provides refreshment – ideal for enjoying the sun all day long. Both this and the whirlpool can be heated electrically. The terrace is the perfect place to relax on beautiful days with your family. Enjoy the wide view of the canal!
The master bedroom is generously designed and has direct access to the terrace. The spacious bathroom features a double sink, a shower, and a bathtub. A second bedroom also offers a view and access to the terrace. The adjacent bathroom leads directly to the lanai.
The third bedroom and a small room with a sofa bed share another bathroom.
Right on the canal, your private boat dock with lift awaits you (lift on request). Start your exploration tours by boat through the canals and to the beautiful beaches directly from here. In addition to the good home furnishings, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage.
The first-class location of Villa Lazy Days is also worth highlighting. Within walking distance is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions, and a beautiful playground. Also nearby is Cape Harbour, the modern and beautifully designed marina with several restaurants, an ice cream café, evening live music, and much more. Always worth a visit! A supermarket (Publix) and several restaurants are also within walking distance.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. . In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
Our guests are looked after by our German property management. They will be happy to assist you at any time with any questions or problems. After your arrival, you will be given an introduction to the house. In the villa you will also find a folder with valuable information about your holiday destination.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America due to its countless canals. About 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World and Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The best-known beaches, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 min. The Sun Splash water park is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
