In the traditional fishing and Bodd village of Pruchten, you can experience an unforgettable holiday under thatch at any time of year on our idyllic waterfront property (5000 m²) with jetty, rowing boat and sauna.
Our "holiday dreams by the water" are located on this spacious property: a small holiday ensemble with the semi-detached houses CORNELIENRUH - VICTORIENRUH in the yellow house and the holiday flats Petersruh and Petersnsest in the red house
Each semi-detached house is individually and lovingly furnished and fully equipped down to the last detail. It has a living-dining room on the water side, dig. Satellite TV and stereo system, 1 double bedroom with side water view, double sofa bed in the living room, kitchen, shower room with toilet, large terrace facing the water.
Only 50 m from the water, you have a magnificent view of the water. Already at the breakfast table you can watch the boats or simply enjoy the sight of water and fauna and flora. A boat invites you to take a trip on the water. Fish from the jetty. In spring and autumn, you can experience the crane flight directly at the house. After an invigorating walk you can relax in our sauna with water view.
Let your soul 'dangle' in this water idyll - if necessary, you are within minutes by bike or car in the full holiday life - whether on the beach or with a cocktail.
Comfortable terrace furniture and parasols invite you to relax.
Sun loungers are also available. Every guest will find their personal favourite spot - their retreat - on this large property. For example, dream yourself into the evening in a deck chair on the jetty.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, egg boiler, kettle, etc., etc. Even cooking professionals will be satisfied with the equipment. Extensive and high-standard equipment of cutlery, crockery and glasses.
In the living room, a comfortable couch invites you to read or watch TV (books available).

Cyclists/fishermen/water sports enthusiasts/bird watchers/horse lovers/nature and culture lovers/photographers:
Fischland-Darss-Zingst and the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft is an Eldorado for cyclists due to the numerous, scenic cycle paths.
The anglers among our guests can fish directly from the house.
The Bodden is known for its abundance of fish. Anglers can inform themselves in advance on the website of the National Park. A sink and a refrigerator are available for anglers in the service building
Water sports enthusiasts are welcome to bring their sports equipment. Boats with too much draught can be accommodated in the Pruchten harbour. Boat hire is also available there. Slow down and let the world stand still for once by gliding up the Barthe in our boat or in a canoe.
Horse riders will find numerous riding possibilities nearby.
A wide range of guided tours of fauna and flora as well as cultural events are available.
Especially for children, there are numerous offers in Barth, Zingst (especially the Experimentarium there) and Prerow.
Pruchten is situated on the Barthestrom, a part of the largely natural Bodden landscape (in the holiday area Fischland/Darß/Zingst/National Park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft) with a water surface of approx. 250 sq km. The Bodden offers excellent opportunities for fishing, rowing, canoeing, sailing and surfing, in addition to boat trips to excursion destinations.
The area is the habitat of countless plant and animal species such as cranes, sea eagles and seals. The highlight in autumn and spring is the crane flight
The Baltic Sea beaches of the Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula can be reached within minutes and are famous for their fine sand and spaciousness. This Baltic Sea beach was voted the most beautiful German beach (ahead of Sylt) by "Die Welt" (11.3.1997).
Pruchten itself is a small, traditional fishing and Bodden village situated between Zingst (Fischland/Darß/Zingst peninsula) and Barth. Zingst and the Baltic Sea beach are about 6.5 km away. Scenic and well-maintained cycle paths lead there. Many parking facilities on the 65 km long dream beach of the Fischland/Darß/Zingst peninsula can also be reached within minutes by car from Pruchten. Then you only have to walk a few metres over the dyke to enjoy the endlessly long, fine, white sandy beach.
In the season there are hourly - sometimes more frequent - bus connections across the Darß (Zingst/Prerow/Ahrenshoop/Wustrow..) and to Barth/Ribnitz-Damgarten (some with bicycle trailers).
Pruchten has a bakery, ice cream parlour, restaurants and bicycle rental. In the medieval town of Barth - the Vineta town - 3 km away, there are opportunities for major shopping through shopping centres on the outskirts and many shops in the town centre.
Pruchten has its own harbour (boat rental there). The nearest large harbour with yacht service is in Barth.
Possibilities:
Beach life is wonderful! But besides that, you should not overlook the many possibilities for excursions by bicycle, bus, car or boat into the wonderful nature of the unique national park landscape and into the nearer or further surroundings. Watching the migration of the cranes in spring and autumn directly from the house or at the resting place on Kirr Island is a special nature experience. The rowing boat invites you to go water hiking in the beautiful Bodden area. Of course you can also bring a surfboard or boat to start from the jetty...
For anglers, fishing opportunities start right at the house.
For horse lovers, there is a wide range of riding possibilities.
Inline skaters should not forget their skates, the cycle paths or asphalted dikes are ideal for your sport.
The old Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund and Greifswald as well as the smaller towns such as Barth, Ribnitz-Damgarten etc. invite you to stay with their beautiful old towns, the museums and restaurants and cafés and the many cultural events.
In winter, the icy Bodden is a special experience (ice skating or ice sailing). A walk along the beach on the frozen Baltic Sea is pure relaxation.
In Stralsund, the Hanse-Dom offers a bathing area with adventure pool and in Ribnitz-Damgarten a leisure pool - a welcome change in case of bad weather, which, however, is rare due to the island climate of the area.
