The Villa del Sol offers a total of three spacious bedrooms, an office space, two luxurious bathrooms and a generous, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
The bright & spacious living room offers access to the covered al fresco dining terrace, the heated pool and a princely, wind-protected outdoor barbecue kitchen.
The secluded private property with its natural volcanic stone walls offers a high level of privacy and is surrounded by a well-tended garden.
A high-quality, fully equipped, elegant interior with free fibre optic internet and a private, lockable parking entrance to your property provide a very high level of comfort.
Villa del Sol is one of the most exclusive private residences, and not just for our guests. The private residential area is also one of the most socially exclusive, quietest and safest in Playa Blanca according to the official housing register.
Playa Blanca's new sports and leisure passage "Parque Atlantico" starts only a few steps away from your villa and leads you directly, in only 10-12 minutes, to the local harbour with the ferries and leisure boats, the town centre, as well as the kilometre-long and worth seeing sea promenade of Playa Blanca.
On request, the villa also offers two 20-inch quality folding bikes (see illustration) for exploring the area and getting around. These can be provided in advance for a daily charge of €6 each and a deposit of €80.
Normal city bikes can also be offered at the same conditions.

The "Villa del Sol" is located just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca, within a private complex which, apart from its tranquillity, enjoys a high social status and security.
On the way to the town centre you arrive in 3 minutes at the new sports and leisure park "Parque Atlatico", which takes you to the former fishing village to all shopping facilities, harbours, restaurants, bars and to the more than 10 km long sea promenade that leads to the legendary "Papagayo beaches".
The neighbourhood of Playa Blanca is quite familiar and manageable, so you will quickly feel at home. The Timanfaya National Park with its active volcanoes and the unique and breathtaking volcanic wine-growing region of La Geria are also within easy driving distance.
Use our company cars to explore the island and benefit from annual cars from our co-operation partner (SIXT) at special conditions, including 100% fully comprehensive insurance WITHOUT excess.

Very beautiful villa in a quiet residential area in Playa Blanca
We have now enjoyed the hospitality of the Freis Vidal family for the third time and felt very comfortable again this time.
The comfortable villa is located in a quiet residential area in Playa Blanca. The accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom is bright and large, and there are many additional amenities, such as German TV programs in the living room, beach equipment, and shopping bags, . . .
However, the highlight is the beautiful terrace with the sun loungers, the pool, and the covered seating area.
The landlord is always reachable and pays great attention to ensuring that the villa is well-maintained and that the guests feel comfortable. There is a bus stop about 350m away and the nearest beach (Playa Flamingo) is about 1.6 km away. However, we would recommend a rental car for the stay, if only to explore the beautiful island.
For us, our vacations here are pure relaxation and we are already looking forward to our next stay at Villa del Sol.

Perfekt zum Entspannen und Genießen
Die Villa del Sol ist ein schönes gepflegtes freistehendes Haus und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnanlage unweit vom Strand, der langen Strandpromenade mit Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäften von Playa Blanca. Die große Terrasse mit dem geräumigen Pool ist sehr einladend. Wir bedanken uns für den herzlichen Empfang und die freundliche Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Well-maintained house in a quiet residential area
The house is located in a very quiet and well-maintained residential area and fully met our requirements. The pool was always heated to 28 degrees and was cleaned weekly by Mr. Vidal Freis. The contact with him was exemplary, and small requests were fulfilled immediately.

Beautiful private villa with full amenities.
The description of the house and the pictures correspond to the facts found. The house is located in a quiet and very beautiful private residential area with individual houses. The villa is very well-maintained and clean and is equipped with many functioning kitchen appliances and utensils needed for a 3-week stay. The single beds have good mattresses and are sufficiently wide. The bedroom cabinets offer enough space for clothing during a longer stay. The television receives all major German channels.
The dining table is located in the covered outdoor area.
The Wi-Fi has a good signal within the house. A study with connections for use as a home office is also available.
The pool area is surrounded by high walls, providing privacy and protection from stronger winds.
The pool is cleaned weekly by the owner with prior telephone notice. The pool is sufficiently large and was heated to 28 degrees at our request and payment. The owner is always reachable by phone and is happy to provide tips. Overall, we can say: The price/performance ratio is right here. The owner values that his property is well cared for, so guests like us are satisfied and come back. We were very satisfied and will return.

Long-term rental, time out
After a busy working life, we treated ourselves to a longer break. We spent almost 10 weeks in this beautiful holiday home. It was a wonderfully relaxing stay for us.
The equipment of the villa is good enough.
Ideal for 2 and 4 people, but not possible for 6 people.
Great pool, cleaned regularly with meticulousness by the landlord Mr. Freis.
We were able to plan our daily routines very individually, pool, island explorations by car, beach, city, food, hikes, everything perfect for a good rest.
We thank Mr. Freis for his constant availability by phone or email.
Best regards from the Müller family, we will definitely come back!

Unsere privates Eigentum bietet sehr wohl Unterkunft für bis zu 6 Personen.
Dies muss aber auch bei der Reservierung angegeben werden, damit wir die Räumlichkeiten entsprechend vorbereiten können.
In Ihrem Fall wurde die Änderung der gewünschten Personen erst nach der Reservierung angegeben, und eine kurzfristige Vorbereitung nicht mehr möglich gemacht.
Dennoch haben mehrere Besuche während Ihres Aufenthaltes unser Eigentum in vollen Zügen genießen können.
