Enjoy your holiday in a bright and friendly holiday flat with a fantastic view of the Grömitz marina and the Bay of Lübeck.
The friendly furnished holiday flat on the mezzanine floor invites you to a relaxing holiday directly on the Baltic Sea.
In the large open-plan living area there is a pantry, a large dining area and a cosy living room corner with a sofa bed, which invite you to linger.
The bedroom has a double bed, which can easily be converted into two single beds if required, and a wardrobe.
The bathroom with shower is functional and suitable for the disabled.
The large south-facing balcony with awning and balcony furniture is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the marvellous view of the sea.
The flat has its own parking space.
There is a lift in the house.
The washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the laundry room for a fee.
In the opposite house of the hotel "Strandidyll" there is a swimming pool and a sauna, which can be used by our guests free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located in the quieter part of Grömitz in the "Strandidyll" residential complex.
In the immediate vicinity of the marina, you can walk along the adjacent beach promenade to your heart's content and explore the numerous restaurants, cafés, shopping facilities and a seawater adventure pool, the "Grömitzer Welle", which reopened in 2014.
A water sports school offers a wide range of water sports within a 5-minute walk.
Nearby golf courses invite you to play a short or long round of golf.
In just over half an hour you can visit the beautiful Hanseatic city of Lübeck and be impressed by its beauty.
But even a pure beach holiday is not boring here, but pure enjoyment.
If you prefer peace and quiet, we can also recommend Grömitz in the quieter seasons of spring, autumn and/or winter. A long walk along the long sandy beach is pure relaxation for body, mind and soul.

Hello dear holiday guests, our family has been travelling to Grömitz on the sunny side of the Bay of Lübeck for over 40 years. For this reason, my parents bought this holiday flat a few years ago in order to have more space for the greatly enlarged family. As we cannot always be on site, we are pleased to be able to let you the flat when it is not occupied.
