Welcome to the holiday home Honigtopf! In the three lovingly furnished holiday flats, 3 to 5 people will find enough space for a relaxing and well-deserved holiday in Neddesitz on the beautiful island of Rügen.
The Honigtopf holiday home has two adjoining holiday flats called Bernstein and Märchenwald, each with covered south-facing balconies. There is also the Kranichnest cottage with a covered terrace. The highlight is the magnificent garden plot, which is approx. 1,500m² in size and offers cosy retreats and a barbecue area for communal use. Here you can really relax and unwind.
The two holiday flats 01-Bernstein and 02-Märchenwald can be combined if required to create a great holiday home for up to nine people.
For bathing experiences during the warm season or beautiful walks, we recommend the fine sandy beach in Glowe (approx. 8.5 km away), where beach chairs are available and there is ample parking. This beach forms the southern end of the Schaabe, the longest bathing beach on the island of Rügen, which stretches northwards over a distance of around 15 kilometres to Juliusruh.
The region around Neddesitz and Sagard is characterised by the breathtaking nature of the Jasmund National Park, where the imposing chalk cliffs tower. But it's not just the rock formations that are impressive, their history is also fascinating. Here you can discover traces of Slavic settlement from the 9th century and immerse yourself in times gone by.
The area surrounding the Honigtopf holiday home on the Jasmund peninsula offers numerous opportunities for an active and relaxing holiday. There are many hiking and cycling trails through the picturesque landscape with marvellous views. In addition to the chalk cliffs and beech forests of the Stubnitz, the area is also characterised by the nearby chalk museum and the "Kleiner Kreidefelsen" viewpoint - popular excursion destinations for guests of all ages. There is also a riding stable in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home, where both young and old horse enthusiasts will get their money's worth.
Around 400 metres from the Honigtopf holiday home is the Splash Adventure World, a highlight even on rainy days. It offers a variety of exciting activities and attractions for the whole family: the main element is the huge water park with fast water slides, wild water channels and a wave pool to entertain visitors of all ages. The Splash Adventure World also has a climbing wall, a high ropes course, a mini golf course and an indoor playground. If you want to relax, there is a spacious sauna area and a spa area with massages and treatments.
Sagard itself has a picturesque town centre with historic half-timbered houses that give an idea of how time has left its mark here. Another historical highlight is the Gothic St Michael's Church.
In Sagard and Neddesitz on Rügen, nature and history harmonise perfectly and invite visitors to immerse themselves in the island's fascinating past while enjoying the beauty of the surroundings. Rügen also offers a variety of well-signposted cycle paths: discover breathtaking coastal landscapes along the Baltic Sea cycle path or explore the Jasmund National Park on two wheels. The island is a paradise for cycling enthusiasts to fully savour nature and beauty.
