This holiday home has everything your heart desires! It is located in a residential area in Domburg, within walking distance of the center and the beach and forest. You enter the house through the patio doors in the living room / kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and fridge-freezer. In the living room a comfortable sofa and digital TV, a dining area with space for 2 people. A high chair can be booked on request. The bedroom has two single beds, these are covered on arrival.
The bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a nice shower.
Everything in the house is on the ground floor.
On your terrace you can enjoy the sunshine. The terrace is equipped with two comfortable chairs and a table.
The holiday home is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Parking is possible on site, on your own property.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
