This beautiful holiday home for 4 people (family with 2 adults and 2 children) is located in Domburg and is ideal for your family holiday in Zeeland!
Due to the central location of the house, both the centre, the beach and the forest are nearby!
The house is equipped with a cosy living room with a 4-seater sofa, 2 comfortable chairs and a TV, where you can relax with the whole family after a wonderful day on the Zeeland coast.
The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. There is also plenty of crockery and cutlery. The dining table for 4 people is adjacent. So you don't always have to leave the house to enjoy a delicious meal with the family!
On the ground floor you will find the bathroom and a bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet.
The stairs lead to the first floor where the second bedroom is located. There are two single beds here. Children can also sleep safely here. The steep staircase is screened off with a stair gate. There is also a cot and a high chair in the house.
On the terrace you can enjoy a snack and a drink at the dining table in the sun!

Location and surroundings of object
Domburg is a real seaside resort, very busy in summer, but it is also cosy. The beach is wide and clean, the village looks picturesque with its old buildings. The bathers came for the cure and you can still do this nowadays in the clean sea air and natural surroundings.
Directly behind the dune area is the centre of the village. Cosiness is its trump card. The shopping streets, terraces and swimming paradise ensure that you won't be bored for a second.

Cancellation terms:
- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
